That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

JC Garcia was the onsite technician who delivered excellent service from being on time, to performing all his duties within the estimated time I was given which included giving me a detail explanation of the system I own and the minor items he had to perform. Would easily recommend JC/SC to anyone.

This company is as professional as any home service company you will find. The salesperson clearly explained what problems we had with our heating system and what options we had for a solution. There was no pressure. Once we agreed on an option the repairs were promptly scheduled. The repair team led by Omar arrived on time, and he and his assistant Mike were also very professional and efficient. They were here all day, and they actually found a couple of other minor issues which they corrected without charge. When finished, they answered whatever questions we had left, and then left without leaving any evidence that they had been here other than the fact that we now had a smooth running, quiet heating system. We have never submitted comments to a website before but are very happy to do so in this case. From the individuals with whom we dealt (Chris, Omar and Mike) we strongly recommend this company.

We had a new heating system installed in our home on December 10th 2014. Bob came and inspected the unit and said it was time for a new one. He and my husband had a great conversation and lots of laughs at the table. Jeff and Will came a couple of days later to do the installation and were both professional and neat and clean. Jeff explained the thermostat to me a couple of times until I fully understood. We are very pleased with the work and will all men involved.

As can be seen by my 5 star review Washington Dang was excellant. He arrived right on time and had everything he needed to perform the furnace/air conditioner installation. I had another contractor at my home that day and he worked around him to to do his job. Washington was extremely professional and answerd all questions I posed. At the end of a long day Washinton did a great job in cleaning the area and instructing me on all maintenance and operation matters. The installation looks great.

The representatives of this company are always prompt, capable and courteous. They accomplish efficiently whatever it was they came to do and are both happy and able to answer any questions.
Justin Duckworth was a very nice young man and a credit to Service Champions. He came on time, checked my furnace thoroughly, and answered all my questions. I will certainly call for him again for my heating and air conditioning needs with Service Champions in the future. Thanks Service Champions for hiring an Iraq War veteran. He is certainly the best for your company. Thanks to Justin for his service to our country.
I cannot say enough good things about this company and their personnel. They have been servicing my furnace for years and just recently installed a new water heater and a new furnace. They are consistently professional, knowledgeable and courteous and on time for appointments. After having my heater installed, Jeremy L came out to inspect the air ducts. He was on time, professional and very nice. He answered all my questions. My cat even fell in love with him! With such consistently good sevice, I wouldn't use any other firm and highly recommend them to others.

We had a great experience with our sales technician Austin Uhlhorn. He was professional and quick in determining what we needed to fix our unit. We had our heat back within an hour. It was refreshing that he took the time to make my 2 year old feel like part of the conversation. He still carries around his card talking about him!

Brian Kirby is energetic and efficient. He quickly got to work and explained in details to my questions on what caused the heater to make so much noise. I would recommend his services to other people.

Nam and his crew Hung and Sean did a great job, kept the place clean and installed the furnace i a few hours along with replacing the duct work. the team was also very courteous. Gave 5 stars to the crew and 4 for the service champions advisor. Ian was more concerned with a sale rather than a solution.

Robert knows his product and is a professional. He did a thorough inspection and showed me photos of my home's duct work. I could see the problem and his explanation of the solution made absolute sense. I will be following up with Service Champions to fix the problem.
