That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

Brian Kirby was just excellent. The strategy of approaching the house in totally to ensure client comfort is the future. Its just not about heating and cooling anymore. Its the total home envelope. Brian understands this and is giving Service Champions a leg up.
Ron Lopez of Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning was professional, thorough, and very helpful. He inspected my home for air leaks and heat loss and provided guidance on how to improve the air quality and system heating and cooling efficiency. He even climbed into the crawl space under the house to inspect my ducts. I was very pleased with his visit. Before he arrived I was worried that the visit would be a 'sales' call rather than a true service call. I'm glad my concerns were not valid. I really appreciate such a high level of service. Looks like Ron really is a Service Champion.
Austin came to my home this morning to give my heating/air system a tune up. He was on time, friendly, professional and courteous. I felt he did a thorough job and then explained my options. Very good customer service.
JC was extremely professional. Upon the completion of the service call, JC did a very thorough job of explaining what he had done and his recommendations for any addition work he felt was necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend JC to any of my friends!
I worked with Washington Dang and his crew to have my new furnace/ac unit installed. They came out next day, installed professionally, on time, very professional, knowledgeable, really friendly, and were super clean also! This made the surprise of needing to replace my old furnace (which died on me in mid winter after 20+ years of service- RIP) a lot easier to swallow. I manage in customer service for a high tech company so I really appreciate when I get good customer service and this team was excellent! Thanks guys for making my experience a great one;)!

Our service technician was very competent and helpful. He identified a problem which should have be identified before during prior inspections and at the time of the heater installation.
Excellent installation. Rodrigo and Hung were both very pleasant, worked hard, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They went the extra mile by taking the time to show me how to use my new heating and air conditioning system, and by ensuring my dog didn't escape! I highly recommend this service team.

Austin provided excellent service. He explained each strep regarding the service he was providing, which was very helpful to me. He was very polite and professional. Austin represented Service Champions very well which makes me want to use your company again for heating and air condition needs.

Work was completed in a timely manner. All concerns were solved with satisfaction. Nicely done.
We were without heat on the coldest morning. Our register was at 54* in the house. I called service champions and they responded immediately. Brian Kirby came to our home that morning diagnosed the problem and within a short period of time our home was warm and toasty once again. Service Champions was very professional and Brian was great. I'm glad we chose them for our heating/air conditioning needs.

The team that did our installation were very professional. Job was done in timeframe given and when they were finished our garage was neater than when they came. Two issues; some of the pvc pipe they used was dirty, looks bad; two we were under the impression the exhaust 31/2 inch pvc exhaust pipe would be mounted flush to the ceiling, but it hangs down a few inches because in needs to slope for drainage. Overall the installation was done to our complete satisfaction except for the cosmetic items mentioned above. Jim Landis was the individual who did not fully explain the fact the pvc would hang from the ceiling.

Excellent service. Tech arrived on time and took less time than expected.
Resolved a difficult issue -- didn't give up when all "usual" fixes seemed to fail. Excellent troubleshooting skills!

Very nice and professional. I would give Service Champions 10 stars if I could. When my system needs a tune up, I like how I get a reminder post card in the mail and then it is followed up with a friendly phone call. I will not ever use another company. Service Champions is number 1 for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I definitely would recommend Service Champions to all my friends and family.
Pedro came on time and did a thorough job of testing both our units. After several visits by Service Champions, he is the first one that noted my units were stressed and that they were not set up correctly, or at least did not deliver as performing a function as they could be. Pedro went to the trouble of crawling under the house to check the connections and vents. I have never had so thorough a check up. I will ask for him every time from now on. I hope you will do your best to retain such a valuable employee. And it was his birthday!

I was very impressed with the annual maintenance service provided by JC. He was very professional and thorough with both his service provided and explanation of his findings and recommendations. I will be sure to request JC for our next service visit.
