Service Champions has always been about the people. Whether it’s providing our clients with great service or growing our teammates to be extraordinary, Kevin Comerford has always found his passion in making his people to be the best that they can be. That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

Luis Facio very professional neat and knowledgable in the service of my furnace. HE showed up on time and was very meticulous in doing a thorough yearly service on my furnace. He explained everything he did, and took time to show me what he was doing and why. Also, he made me feel like I, as a customer was his number one priority! Thank you Service Champions!
Luis was very good and told me the issues I might need to be concerned with later Went up into the attic for me to put a vent back in place.
Ryan Daggs has made a few visits to our home testing and inspecting our heater and A/C units. He has always been very friendly and professional. His results are clearly shown to us so we understand what he is doing. His visits are on time and completed in a timely manner. Ryan is a very valuable employee to any company that he would work for, you are lucky to have him.

Awesome service from Steve; he explained the importance to cleaning the filter in my unit and showed me where the issues were. He got me back on track with my service program without me asking. Great job, thanks for the attention!

Superb customer service-Chris Meyer performed a safety inspection on my Furnace and A/C units that were installed in 2013. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and respectful. Before entering my home, he put on a pair of "booties" to ensure that he didn't track any dirt from outside of my home. He remembered to do this a couple of times which I really appreciated. He introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. He was efficient and based on assessing my needs, he recommended and signed me up for the Service Champions MVP agreement. Also, before leaving he explained what would take place on my next scheduled Tune-Up. I appreciated the knowledge and skill that he demonstrated while providing this service and the care he took to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Thank you Service Champions! Chris is definitely an asset to your company.
Today, I had my first furnace tune-up and I decided to go with Service Champions East Bay. My technician was Miles Angel, who was prompt and professional in completing the job. Before starting, Miles gave a thorough explanation of what he would be doing and addressed any questions or concerns I had. He provided excellent service and is why I will definitely use Service Champions for my next tune-up!
