Service Champions has always been about the people. Whether it’s providing our clients with great service or growing our teammates to be extraordinary, Kevin Comerford has always found his passion in making his people to be the best that they can be. That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

David Fernandez was very good at his work. His partner Sean M. could not be located on the list of workers. They both made a big effort to keep the house clean, and were concerned about our comfort. They worked very late one evening, and came early the next day to finish up the ducts. Apparently, the folks removing asbestos-covered boots in the attic, took the boots with them, so David and Sean did nit have the correct parts at first. Overall, a nice job.

We always have excellent service with Service Champions. They are punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. I wish every company I dealt with had technicians as professional, efficient and nice as Justin D. who came out to service our furnace this week.
David Shelton provided an excellent service. He arrived on time, was professionally dressed and clean. He performed his service in a courteous and professional manner. He worked quietly and carefully in spite of the location n of my furnace in the attic,When he finished, David provided a thorough summary of his findings and recommendations. We discovered an issue with my thermostat. Checking thoroughly, he concluded that the thermostat was malfunctioning, could not be fixed and should be replaced under warranty. David went out of his way to fully describe all facets and issues with my system. David is knowledgeable, speaks well and,, exhibits a positive attitude. He is the type of person that any employer would desire to be on the staff..

Robert Tanaka came over and did a test. He was very professional, punctual, and patient. He took time to explain the process and the results, and instilled confidence he knew what he was talking about. My home can definitely use some upgrades but feel like he was very honest about what is helpful and what is more luxury.

It was very nice to receive a phone call from Service Champions advising me of the ETA of my technician. David was very professional. He was dressed appropriately, wore his booties every time he entered the house, and explained to me that he would need to come in and out of the house and asked me if it were okay for him to let himself in. David took the time to explain to me everything he did on his visit and explained to me how to use NEST and my new thermostat. David is an asset to your company. Thank You for such great customer service.

Dave was very knowledgeable of my heating system, checked all aspects of its functioning, and then made suggestions as to where improvements (fixes) would be necessary in the near-future.
Richard Furqueron was very professional and did an excellent job.
Gabriel was on time, professional and honest! He is a true star for Service Champions! I have used them for the past several years and they have consistently demonstrated high integrity!

As usual, great service today from Service Champions (East Bay). Dave (our Service Pro) showed up right on time, was meticulous in his check-up of our system, went carefully through how we should clean our filters, and just generally provided top-quality customer service. He was also personable and courteous. Overall, an excellent customer experience.
Every year I get a check up on my heating and air-conditioning system to make sure it is maintained properly. I have always used Service Champions, and am always impressed with the technicians they send out. They are very professional, explain all the work, and answer any questions I may have. I feel this is a great investment for my house to keep the system running smoothly, and I am very pleased to have Service Champions as my service provider.

Pedro Cordova was very professional and courteous he explained what he was going to do and went about it very efficiently. when he finished he asked us if there were any question he could answer for us and if we had any later he gave us a card and said to call if necessary. I was completely satisfied with the service I received
Brian K was there at the appropriate time. He was very informative of what he was doing each step of the way. He was friendly and very approachable. He was very knowledgeable of the system. My neighbor had recommended Service Champions and I have been very happy and pleased with the service ever since.
JC Garcia was at our home today at 1137 Lavender Drive, Brentwood, CA and did aGreat Job. JC was very pleasant, respectful and professional. He did a very thorough job and explained everything that he was doing. He is a great reflection on your company and from now on we would like for JC Garcia to perform our bi-yearly service. Kyle arrived on time and was very professional at all time. He went to work right away and discovered the problem in about 20 minutes. He told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. The part had to be ordered. He called the next day when the part would arrive. He arrived the same day the part was received and repaired the furnace in about 15 minutes. I would recommend Service Champions to anyone needing fast and friendly service. Great Job.

Jolly, efficient tech, Justin Duckworth, who took care of all furnace maintenance items thoroughly. He can service our furnace any time!
Service Pro. Richard Furqueron. did a comprehensive evaluation of our HVAC system. He was courteous and professional in his approach, explained how the system worked, what he specifically was checking for in the Furnace and A/C systems, and shared information regarding other products that would enhance the performance of our HVAC system. We have been a Club Member since 2005 and Service Champions has continued to be one of our best investments for keeping our home environment a safe and healthy.
