Service Champions has always been about the people. Whether it’s providing our clients with great service or growing our teammates to be extraordinary, Kevin Comerford has always found his passion in making his people to be the best that they can be. That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

JC was very thorough and knowledgeable about his work. He was able to very clearly explain what he was going to do, what he did, and why in a pleasant manner. Pedro C came to do our new AC system tune up. He was on time, very professional and friendly. I could tell right away that he knows his trade very well and has a gift of connecting with a customer. He took his time to test all systems and addressed all our concerns. Great work!

Luis F. performed an HVAC tune-up and provided excellent customer service. He removed the furnace blower and checked the heat exchanger as well as the other components of the furnace. He followed a multi item check list cleaning, adjusting and testing as required. Luis also performed checks and cleaned at the A/C condenser as well. All in all, Luis F. was very personable, professional and thorough. I would be happy to have him back next go round.

I had a problem with my air conditioner not cooling the house. the technician that came out was Greg and he very quickly diagnosed the problem and offered his recommendations for the future. He explained it in a way that I could understand and was not pushy at all. A job well done.
Greg Hernbroth was knowledgable, He show and explained the parts and functions. He was straight up. Not pushy to sell you want you didn't need. When I asked questions about "How much would this or that cost", he would explain costs compairables. Told me I could wait, that I had some time left on my sytem. I just like the whole experience. DIdn't feel pressure to buy.

I contacted Service Champions to schedule an a/c and furnace tune-up and was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly. The service technicians, Steven, Aaron and Nick arrived on time and were professional, courteous and very thorough in their inspection. I would definitely recommend using Service Champions.
Have used them for years, started with Comer ford and figure don't fix it if ist isn't broken. Enjoyed Chris Thanks for sending him.

Service Champions always does a great job and their team of technicians and support staff are always courteous and professional. Ryan Daggs, like all of his colleagues, shines a great light on his company and their method of operation. He was courteous and helpful with information and explaining his work and results. Was very impressed with Rachel Phipps. First I thought how could a woman do this job! Boy was I set straight. She not only did the job to my satisfaction, she explained everything she was doing, Took her time to make sure I understood everything, I have been a service member of Service champions for years and I am always confident that everything was done to my satisfaction. This time I was truly impressed with the service I received from Rachel. I will request her in the future for my service.
