That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

Jim Landis, comfort advisor, offered us the best service. We are having some foundation repair work done, and the foundation company did not inform us that we needed to remove all duct work prior to the lower installation of piers. Jim came out within one day of a service request and provided incredible service and informed us that we had asbestos under the house. He was able to schedule an asbestos company within one day to clear all the duct work, and install new ducts the very next day, so our scheduled repair of the foundation (3 months in the works) did not have to be delayed at all. He was so informative and efficient, we canceled any other requests for quotes.

Thank you for your wonderful service. Today we had the pleasure of having technician Titus to our home. He was so friendly and helpful in explaining the status of the heater and air conditioner. He made recommendations without being pushy. He is a great asset to your company.

Excellent service from Titus W. He was polite and attentive. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in his work. He suggested it was time to replace my filter and even offered to order it for me. We have always had such good service from your company.

Outstanding service today and very thorough. JC Garcia with Service Champions East Bay was awesome. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. He really enjoys his job and cares about the customer!!! We bought our HVAC unit from Service Champions four years ago, and prior to that they have always provided great service. Highly recommend Service Champions East Bay.

JC provided excellent service. He explained everything that was done during the service, as well as clearly explained what items needed attention and the costs associated. He also left my home in the same condition as when he arrived and my heating/air conditioning equipment in better condition than when he arrived. I highly recommend JC as a technician and appreciate his courteous attitude and knowledgeable workmanship.

Steven Corsaro was great! He was professional in every way. He has a great positive attitude and goes right to work doing his thing. He took the time to explain and educate why things happen and what he is doing to make it right. He also made suggestions to avoid future issues. He is a HAPPY kinda guy! He was very mindful at what he was doing, being careful not to bang into walls with the equipment he needed to use. He wasn't sloppy about anything. I feel we scored getting him out here! Service Champion's....he's a keeper. Don't let this one get away! An asset to your company.
