Service Champions has always been about the people. Whether it’s providing our clients with great service or growing our teammates to be extraordinary, Kevin Comerford has always found his passion in making his people to be the best that they can be. That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

Kyle was a very thorough and helpful representative who explained too me the needs of my furnace system. I am looking forward to having the work completed before long. After having a new heating system installed 3 years ago by Service Champions, I knew that this was the best company to call for additional and highly professional work.

Nick is a real pro, knows his business, and takes the time to explain things carefully and fully. He is clean-cut and well groomed and dressed, always using shoe covers before entering the house - every time. It is a pleasure to work with him and I compliment Service Champions on the caliber of service personnel that they employ
Kyle did an excellent job in a timely manner. Everything was clean and all of my questions answered. We went over the maintenance program line by line and I signed up due to Kyle's knowledge based salesmanship. Glad to be a new customer.

My wife and i have a care facility in Livermore our guests are not comfortable so we had our ducts replaced due to Jim's recommendation. He is having the work done right away love his service and attenion to detail

Chris Meyer from Service Champions was very thorough, professional and friendly. He also took time to explain potential risks I might face with my HVAC system in a way that was simple to understand. I would recommend Chris and Service Champions to anyone who is looking for outstanding HVAC work.

Service Champions replaced my AC and furnace a few years ago, and I use their service plan. Their technicians are always, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Miles A. came out for the annual inspection, and I truly appreciate how he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer my many questions. He is knowledgeable and helped me to gain a better understanding of not only how the system works but what to expect over its lifespan. Knowing what I can do to keep my family safe and keep maintenance/repair costs down in the future gives me more peace of mind.
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becausePedro C. did a fantastic service check on our furnace system that was installed by Service Champions several years ago. Being a Service Champion Club Member, our furnace is checked on a yearly basis. Pedro was the first Service Tech. that pointed out our dispersing air flow was was not operating at its proper capacity. Pedro suggested that we get a Duct Leakage Flow Test. Being impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, I took his advice and I'm glad I did. Robert Tanaka came to our residence on 4/9/2015 and conducted the test. Again I was impressed with his knowledge and explaining the test and results in laymen terms. At no time did I feel pressure to upgrade our duct work, I had confidence in his report and suggestion. As a result of both Pedro and Robert, we are upgrading/replacing out air duct system. Both gentlemen went the extra mile for us to get the full potential out of our furnace and recirculating air system. Thank you, Robert B. Alameda, CA

Highly recommend. JC was the technician who came to my house. Very courteous and professional. He was very thorough and explained what he was looking for. He made me aware of issues with my furnace and air conditioning, but was by no means an alarmist in any way. I liked his easy going and informative style, I asked that he be the one to perform all my heating and cooling reviews and repairs. The way he acted and explained shows his company has got it together and are not in it just to make an easy sell. I recommend both JC and the Service Champions of East Bay.
Mark Andrade provided professional and excellent customer service in the review of our furnace and air conditioner.

Scared away unwanted guests in our crawl space. Spoke to the owner Kevin who assured me Jim would take care of me. Jim went under assessed the situation and Redesigned our system and ductwork and we are putting it in tomorrow Can't Wait Thanks Kevin Thanks Jim

Jim was really nice with my Aunt guiding her towards the Silver Duct work and making her feel really good about the Asbestos that was present in her home and that it wasn't that big of a deal. The price was also reasonable Thank You
