Our furnace went down on thanksgiving eve and when w called on thanksgiving day, Brandon called to troubleshoot and arrived at 8am the next day with exactly what was needed. He was quick and professional and I'd recommend Roy's again. This s the second time we have used them and have not been disappointed.

Our non-profit organization in TCCO in NT houses meals On Wheels, the NT Food Pantry & the Clothes Closet. On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we desperately needed a repair on short notice so Thanksgiving meals could be prepared and delivered to those in need. They showed up in an hour, made the repairs, the gas was turned back on, and we were able to prepare our normal 120+ meals on schedule to residents of NT and Tonawanda. Roy's saved us from a near catastrophe on our busiest meal day of the year. The tech was polite and knowledgeable, the service was great, and we would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
