Wanted to make sure to write a review on Mike Schmidt because he deserves credit for a job well done. Came to the house and installed a hot water tank in a very small area and had a smile on his face the whole time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly... couldn't ask for anything more. I feel at ease knowing that the issues we had at the house were taken care of... thanks MIKE!!!

Nick & Tim were out to my house to replace a water line. I called at 10:00 and they were here by 12:00. They were both super professional, friendly and informative. When Grandma called and said she had a plumbing problem we made the mistake of calling another "so-called" plumber. After they deserted her for almost 24 hours we then decided to call ROY"S...best thing to do!!! Michael Schmidt came and fixed the problem real quick. The lady who took the call was very nice. Michael was very professional, neat, clean and respectful. He explained everything to us in terms we all understood. We will definitely call ROY"S again and also recommend them to everyone!!! John was very professional yet personable. I was so impressed with the honest information of what was going on with my furnace and all of the explanation and advice given for when problems arise. It was refreshing! I now fully understand the workings of the furnace and what to do when waiting for their service call should another problem arise. It was an honest evaluation of what was wrong.
