Better than on time! They came early. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Roy's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling because when you need them they are very accommodating. I also use them because: - the office and technician staff are always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable - they call to narrow down the estimated time of arrival - they wear booties and clean up afterwards - the yearly maintenance plan is affordable and saves me money in the long run - they use quality products. There really is no reason NOT to use Roy's.

Mike Schmidt came on time and went over everything that had to be done. Was very pleasant and knowledgable. Gave us the estimate and when they would be there to do the work. I have used Roy's before and will continue using them for any problems and telling others about them

I can not say enough about Roy's technician Mike P. After being shut down by Capital Heat and having four other individuals come to my home for an estimate on a new furnace replacement, I had called Roy's for one more estimate. Mike came and immediately questioned the crack in the heat exchange. He opened up the furnace and got right inside. This was never done by any other company. Mike assured me that we did not need a replacement, made some adjustments that got us up an running. The furnace was never properly installed to begin with by Capital Heat which caused the problems we were having to begin with. This was confirmed by other installers as well. In the end we just need a few repairs saving us 1000's. After hours of research and multiple conversations with several other companies, I was more confused than anything. Roy's took away the guessing and will without a doubt be my first and only call from now on.
