Due to the many furnace issues they couldn't come out until Saturday but as it had warmed up it was the end of the world. The also supplied a space heater to hold her over until then. Josh came out and Saturday and my mom said he was great. My mom is a cancer survivor and has a trach so she can't do a lot of heave lifting and definitely can't be out in the cold for any long period of times. Josh shoveled the end of the driveway so they could pull in & she was so grateful for this "extra" service!! This company is so nice to work with, from the first phone call to the final delivery they are great to work with.

They failed to get a permit to replace my furnace. The new furnace was oversized for my house and there were two code violations that put my family's health in jeopardy. The more important code violation is that they cut a large vent in my return air ducts to cool down the oversized furnace. This causes bad air from my basement to be circulated around rather than from throughout the house. There is a hot water tank a few feet away so that might even include some carbon monoxide, although none of my detectors have gone off. The second violation was with the exhaust and intake. They put them right above a window and next to a door, even after I asked them not to put it there. They need to be 3 or 4 feet from either one (I don't recall the exact number of feet). The HVAC supervisor repeatedly claimed they did not need a permit, the furnace was the correct size, that the issues I complained about were not in violation of the village code, and he was generally disrespectful to me. To be fair, I wasn't too nice to him either. I called the village inspector and he pointed out the violations and the need for a permit to do the job that they did. The HVAC supervisor admitted that the furnace was oversized and called me a liar when I pointed out he said it was the proper size and he also called me a liar when I quoted him about the intake/exhaust pipes being "well within code". I am following up with the Village of Depew on how to best proceed with Roy's. I am pricing competent companies to fix the work that Roy's did.

They explained every process to me, as my husband was not home at the time, they finished in a timely manner they really worked hard in the wet and cold weather. Moving here from Texas, and not being knowledgeable of basements and sewer workings was worrisome on me, but your Technicians helped relieve my worry by just explaining to me the work involved. I am glad that I chose to sign up for the gold membership as we will be using your services in near future. Dan was absolutely amazing. Not only did he fix my frozen kitchen water pipes but gave me a solution so it would never happen again! Reran new pipes inside my house and cut out the old ones that were going through my crawl space so they wouldn't freeze again! Couldn't have been more impressed with both his work but the fact he came up with this idea when the other countless plumbers I have used in the past failed to! I am proud to say the Dan and Roy's are our plumber!

I want to thank Roy's Plumbing Heating and Cooling for coming out today and installing a new furnace for me which was provided by the Amanda Hansen Foundation. My furnace was very old and I could not afford to get a new one. It was leaking carbon monoxide and I was advised that my only safety mechanism on the furnace had been disconnected and there was soot buildup in the furnace. If Roy's and the Amanda Hansen Foundation had not stepped in and replaced the furnace I was told my children and I may not have made it through this weekend, which is so overwhelming I still can't wrap my head around that idea nor do I want to. There are no words that can begin to express my gratitude, gratefulness or thanks for what you have done for my family!! You are an amazing company that cares about your community not just the bottom line so thank you again it is so appreciated!!!

Roys Plumbing is a fabulous company to deal with. Always polite on the phone and prompt with service. We placed a call on Monday night to have our water heater replaced sometime this week upon recommendation by our previous technician. They told us they could have someone out very first thing in the morning. We were thrilled! Dan arrived exactly at 8am as promised by the women on the phone. Within 2 1/2 hours Dan had our new water heater installed and running. There is not enough I can say about Dan, we was polite, informatitive and extremely professional in his craft. We love the end result and look forward to our next visit!

This letter of commendation is for Roy's Plumbing, and especially for Dan, who helped us out with a very messy situation in January when our toilet sprang a huge leak, flooding the bathroom, and then again when we brought Dan back to actually REPLACE the toilet, which should have been done about a year ago! The toilet sprang a leak VERY late on the night of 1/14/15, so we felt VERY fortunate to find someone to come out that late at night to fix it. In both visits to our house, first to repair the old toilet then to replace it, Dan was professional, courteous, very friendly to talk to and willing to take the necessary time to answer our questions. He made sure that we got the right toilet for our needs (my husband is disabled and needs a particular type of toilet), and assured us that if we had any other problems, he could come right back. Roy's prices are reasonable and competitive, and their products are guaranteed. We would definitely use Roy's again and would ask for Dan!

thrilled about service I received from Roy's and the plumber Dan S! My normal plumber tried for hours the snake my stationary tub drain unsuccessfully, he told me the line was broken under the basement floor and quoted 4000$ me to dig up my whole basement to "fix" it. So I called around to get other estimates and in doing so called Roy's and Dan S came out promptly. Upon upon hearing the background information and flushing a toilet here and there Dan looked at me and asked me "why didnt he just snake it from outside?" And went on telling me that there is a trap in my front lawn for my sewer that once cleared will eliminate this problem entirely. So within 40 mins of Dan arriving I was back doing laundry again all thanks to a professional that truly knew what he was doing! Needless to say I "lost" the number of my old plumber and now will only use Roy's and more specifically Dan S! Thanks again!

Last year my steam boiler bit the dust and Roy's employee Andy steered me in the right direction buy suggesting that I replace the Boiler. The new boiler works ten times better than the old one. Andy explained that if you do not install a boiler properly it will give you problems down the road including proper pitch and quality materials. Well they sure did not sell me short when they installed it. I do not have hammering problems anymore and they took care of me like a King. They called me up last week to remind me of my free check up and everything went very well. It is a pleasure to do business with you. I wish more businesses were like Roy's now there's a company to look up to. I give you the highest rating. Keep up the good work.

The office personnel were very helpful when I called regarding the timing of my service call.Brandon was on time and very courteous and friendly. He checked out my furnace in a timely manner . It was a pleasant experience overall.
