Sergio was the lead installer for return visits to correct problems from an initial insulation installation. He was extremely helpful and obviously experienced in his trade. Most of all he was a very hard worker, very polite and professional. He used all proper safety and job site protection procedures. I am a very happy customer with workers like Sergio on my job! Chris Nagy was my follow-up after install manager for my recent attic insulation installation on 10 Feb 2015. I had several concerns about the work done, equipment used, and some damage to my property. Chris responded promptly, even in the midst of a personal emergency and came in person to my home for an inspection and evaluation. The thing that was most impressive about Chris was his honesty and straight forwardness about the work done. He like myself was not happy and he immediately gave me a plan to make things right. This included a return visit by another crew to correct errors and/or deficiencies in the job as well as an offer to compensate for damage done by offering help with my two inoperative attic fans. He sent out the crew to do the insulation, baffle, and light dam work as well as an electrician to evaluate the status of power to my fans. The insulation was made right and the electricians installed new fan motors. Chris was outstanding through it all. Well done! Thanks

Dillon was courteous and personable along with knowing what he was doing! Next HVAC problem or service I have I will definitely be requesting him. Steve G is an excellent plumber and not only drained my water heater but also unstopped my toilet and fixed my leaking faucet with excellent results. My next plumbing job I have I am requesting Steve G!!

Technician was great. He fixed my shower very quickly. The only frustrating part was that I had to wait 3 days (requested service on Friday, couldn't come out until Monday) and they were 3 hours after the scheduled window for arrival. The dispatch team kept in touch to let me know they were running late, and the service was great, but the wait was very difficult.

Tom did a wonderful job of checking our AC/Furnace system which "Will Fix It" installed a year ago. He was very thorough and spent over an hour making sure all was in great working condition. Tom was very courteous and respectful while in our home. He also made suggestions on how we can improve our system and household improvements, but did not pressure us at all. I would recommend this company and Tom.

I would like to thank Rhonda for recommending her plumbers for a water leak we were having. She is s true asset to the company. I don't know where to start as far as thanking Daniel, Jacob, and Juan for job well done. I had a foundation leak that these group of professionals were able to locate and repair in a timely fashion. They were all courteous and professional and I was very appreciative of the work they completed. Will fix it just earned another customer. P.s. Mr and Mrs Solis want to give a special thanks to Daniel C. He was very knowledgable and informative in knowing how to work with the home insurance.

The tech had great knowledge of the system of the product and help us make the choice that was for us. There was no pressure to buy and he was very helpfull.

My heating element wasn't working on my HVAC system. Richard came out and fixed it. What was so awesome was his knowledge. He was able to explain to me in intricate detail exactly how the system worked, what was wrong, and how he fixed it....in layman's term. He was very polite and professional. Most service men come out and give you a robot answer as if they're not human themselves. Felt a sense of honesty and trust with Richard. Thank you WILL FIX IT!!! My hat off to your company!!

The company provided a prompt response when I called to request service for a leak. Although it was late in the day when the plumber, Fernando F. arrived, he worked tirelessly to repair all leaks and replace the pressure regulator. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment and did not leave until the job was completed, even through it was 9pm!

I would highly recommend Brian and Will Fix It crew. The woman who took my phone call was very personable.They had a sense of urgency to ensure our issue was resolved the same day. When Brian came out, he explained things to us, and ensured all of our issues were resolved before he charged us and left. The icing on the cake...This is the first time my husband and I have seen a special from a company and had been charged that fee, with no hidden costs, fees, or prices added on. Great company!!
