Richard came for spring AC check he did a complete check both inside and outside. I have been doing business with will fix it for several years and appreciate their prompt service.

Mario O. provided all options to fit our needs, and took time outside of his normal working hours to make sure the job was done right. The only issue we ran into was not having the machine we ordered available from the warehouse...as a result, a temporary unit was installed that will have to be replaced when the correct model becomes available. Mario assured us that the correct system will be installed when it arrives - no additional charge. This will impact us in terms of time - since we will have to set aside more time to be available for the removal and installation of the correct system - but at least having a system in place with hot weather on the way will keep us cool in the meantime. I appreciate Will Fix It absorbing those costs to provide us with AC service.

On 3/12 Richard G. completed a biannual check of our heating and A/C system. He recommended $4000+ in "needed" repair work. We elected to do $479 of that work, and he replaced a contactor under warranty. One part of the job included the addition of a float switch to prevent flooding in the cooling unit. The external part of the sensor was installed so that it blocked our access to a cleaning port on the water drain line. The port is used to pour clorox to prevent clogs in the line. The remainder of the repair work was done satisfactorily. We ended up getting work done that really was not needed since we had never had a problem with the unit flooding, and it screwed up something that we used routinely. We were left with the impression that the biannual service calls may be a mechanism to "get a foot" in the door and "to sell" additional work that may be unnecessary.
Estimated what was wrong, Found problem, Estimated cost, Called for warranty concern. Told me what services were available Fixed problem. excellent job, Would use Dillon again. Thanks Dillon. Dillon put it in 4 wheel drive and keep going. Bobby.

Will fix it has amazing technicians. They take their time and do the job right, regardless of how late it may be. However the appointment process is awful. I have set up an appointment only to have it rescheduled or worse, entered for the wrong day at least 5 times. If you have an appointment, be sure to call them and check on it at the beginning of your time window. IF a technician gets there you will be pleased and satisfied...getting them there is the problem. This last time we had Richard G. come out and he did a fabulous job. We are always pleased with the service.
Mario did a very good service took his time and cleaned my unit .also explained parts that needed to be replaced. Very SATISFIED
I highly recommend Deasey Guy to fix electrical issues. He evaluated and quickly replaced 3 problem electrical outlets. He was extremely professional and courtesy.

Cameron and his team did a great job of insulation installation. Home Depot let them down with specific info not passed on to the crew (I saw the supplied HD paperwork). But Cameron was accommodating and did all he could without the necessary additional materials.

Chris Nagy was my follow-up after install manager for my recent attic insulation installation on 10 Feb 2015. I had several concerns about the work done, equipment used, and some damage to my property. Chris responded promptly, even in the midst of a personal emergency and came in person to my home for an inspection and evaluation. The thing that was most impressive about Chris was his honesty and straight forwardness about the work done. He like myself was not happy and he immediately gave me a plan to make things right. This included a return visit by another crew to correct errors and/or deficiencies in the job as well as an offer to compensate for damage done by offering help with my two inoperative attic fans. He sent out the crew to do the insulation, baffle, and light dam work as well as an electrician to evaluate the status of power to my fans. The insulation was made right and the electricians installed new fan motors. Chris was outstanding through it all. Well done! Thanks
