Daryl was both professional and concerned about the customer he was providing service to. A/C at my house had been out for several days and I am elderly. He made two trips on 1 September and stayed after hours to ensure the repairs were made.and the equipment was operating properly. I can't tell you strong enough how grateful I am to Daryl and WillFixIt for taking care of our needs on that day.

Once the red tape was complete( the inspector had to be notified and then he had to show up) the technicians arrived and completed the technical aspect of making sure my sprinkler system was functioning properly. A couple of leaks and wiring were repaired (I believe these were caused due to the nature of the trench that had to be dug previously to sanction the water system). Mr. Rodela and Mr. Alvizo were effecient, professional and answered all my questions. Mr. Rodela showed me the proper way to insure my sprinkler system was operating correctly and walked me through the process of setting the system in motion. I want to thank these two young men for their tact, professionalism and attention to detail in dealing with me, (the customer). Kudos to "Will Fix It"....These two young technicians did a great job. Thank you.

Carlos came out to diagnose a slow drain issue. he explained every step he was going take. He took his time even though I was his last call of the day. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He is a strong asset to any organization. If you want a fast, accurate and honest quote make sure you get Carlos Martinez to come out to your house. Great service provided by Mario. He came out after hours and fixed my Dad's A/C unit after it had stopped cooling. Would highly recommend if you need future repairs done.

Our ac quit working at around 5pm. Mario was at our house by 5:45. By 6:00 he told us the problem and our options. We chose to replace our 20yr old unit. He made a call and first thing the next morning we were having the new unit installed. Mario was super nice and professional. The guys that came out to install the unit were also nice and very professional. The total cost was reasonable and as expected. I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend this service to anyone.

I have been with Will Fix it for years. In recent years, i have lost trust in the technicians (Not maintaining my ac/heat system as paid for, and trying to get me to buy things i don't need.) Mario went a long way today in gaining back my trust. He was honest with what i did & DIDNT need. I appreciated his discounts as he was trying to earn trust again. He replaced the dual capaciter and he gave me the discount on the compressor starter kit as if i still had a service agreement. He was very professional! In the future, I will only ask for Mario for AC/Heating issues! I"m not ready to give 5 stars to Will Fix it...but the 5 stars i gave was for Mario.
