The technician fixed the problem in no time. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and how to avoid the same and other problems in the future. He was polite and professional. This was my third experience with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Mr. Tom Pleva came out today to replace our ac motor. I first met Mr. Pleva three years ago and he has not changed. He is very professional, courteous, and thorough. He is a true professional. It was because of the first meeting with Mr. Pleva three years ago that we have continued to use will fix it for our ac and plumbing needs.

Dillon offered excellent and very professional customer service. From the shoe booties when he entered my house, to his manners of yes sir, no sir. He brought to my attention severe mold growing within my HVAC system and duct work. By showing me pictures of the evidence and explaining what was going on, he gave me confidence that he was not just trying to upsell me so he could hit a bonus promotion or something. He sincerely wanted to help me solve my issue. He was very knowledgeable of the mold situation, it's hazards and more importantly he offed me multiple options to help solve this issue. He answered all my questions to satisfaction, and I asked a lot of detailed and specific questions. Dillon knew his business and I would classify him as a subject matter expert of his field. He has obviously done his home work well. He gave me full confidence that the option I choose would solve my problem and not just throw money at it. Thank you Dillon and Will Fix It for a job well done.

I was skeptical at first that I could find quality service from a reputable company to repair my house plumbing issues. Rudy F showed up on time and greeted us with a cheery disposition. Not only was he approachable, but he was also quick to diagnose the cause of our problems. He offered several options that varied by work required and cost. We needed to replace our water softener system. Rudy did not stop there. He recommended other smaller jobs that would eventually lead to future problems and took care of those with little increase to cost. It has been several months since Rudy serviced our home and we are quite pleased with his work. No issues to date. Thank you Rudy.

06/03/2015, Boerne, TX - Austin Cantu was a pleasant surprise for a plumbing install today. He was knowledgeable, proficient and VERY polite, being super respectful toward my wife. She and I both notice that sort of thing and we will go out of our way to request him in the future, including having to wait for his availability in all but the dreaded "plumbing emergency" situations.

Will Fix It did a prompt and efficient maintenance check on my HVAC. Richard Guillen provided some helpful advice and pointed out some potential problems I may encounter in the future.

First, I especially appreciate Jacob B.'s friendly, professional, and helpful assistance during a holiday. He eased a very troubling problem with a thorough investigation, a practical solution, and good advice for avoiding the situation in the future. This kind of assistance is exceptional. Based on his very thorough analysis, easy-to-understand explanations, and realistic recommendations, I have no hesitation in recommending him without any reservation. Joe Perez was very knowledgeable when it came yo fixing my AC unit, he was also very nice and respectfull..another technician had told me i needed to replace the unit..he was able to fix it for me and now its cold upstairs for thousands less than what i was quoted by another tech..Thank You so much Joe.

Prompt, professional, respectful and friendly response beginning with the first call on down to the service received. Had problem with the a/c dripping a lot of water. Mario quickly and cleanly unclogged the pipe, checked other areas to be sure problem was completely resolved. He also pointed out things which need watching as due to use may soon become a problem. He prioritized the order in which they should be taken care of and gave estimates so we can save up and resolve before they become major. At this point we feel he did a good and trustworthy job. Not cheap but fair and reliable. We heard of them thru our neighbor who also finds them to be reliable.

A/C Tech Darryl is an honest man. My A/C went out. turns out the problem was with my home circuit box that was in bad shape. Darryl probably saved my house from catching on fire. Even though I didn't replace the A/C unit, I appreciate his honesty and customer service. When it's time to get a new A/C I will cal Will Fix It.
