That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

Marcus was here earlier today to service my heat pump. Great job! On time, no mess, very pleasant guy, explained everything he did, clearly explained areas that may need attention, and recommended some additional cleaning work without me feeling I was being unnecessarily upsold. Thank you

JC was very personable and polite. He explained what he was doing and the state of my system in understandable terms. He was careful about not making any mess on my carpet.

i would say six stars! Kao was great on his furnace & ca check up it was like he was part of the family. A nice boy! Peter was great too and we made a good decision.
Service Champions has been giving us excellent service for 13 years. They installed our heater and air conditioner and do regular inspections and service the heater. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Spencer Strand just did an inspection of our system and gave us good advice about follow-up steps we could take to improve our system's efficiency. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a pleasure to have him and his assistant inspect our system and provide consultation about how to proceed.

The service technicians Kao & Peter advised me in a genuine way & was knowledgeable. Explanations were clear & I appreciated Peter explaining everything to my brother to help with my decision.

Richard was very informative and thorough. He did not push any services or products nor did he attemp to "hard sell" me. This was a very good value and I would definitely recommend using service champions.

Titus and John did a terrific job! They went over everything with me and made recommendations on things that needed to be addressed. Very happy with their service.
JC Garcia performed our semi-annual furnace/AC system on 5/13/15. He was prompt, very cordial, and very professional. He took the time to fully explain what he would be doing. At various steps he would inform me as to what he found, any adjusments needed, why he was making them, and what the results would be. We sincerely appreciated his patience as he dealt with us and our questions, which were completely answered to our satisfaction. We had additional questions concerning enlarging air return registers to reduce the static pressure, that he found was high. He then said that was not his particular area of expertise and immediately phoned the office and secured an appointment for later in the day for someone to review that subject with us. We really appreicated his forthrightness in going back to your company to obtain the right person for that follow up activity. If I was an employer, he is exactly the kind of person I would want representing me. He is welome in our house anyutime.
