Whether it’s providing our clients with great service or growing our teammates to be extraordinary, Kevin Comerford has always found his passion in making his people to be the best that they can be. That’s why at Service Champions, our focus is to give you the most remarkable experience, so much so that you can say to your friends and family, “Wow.” Kevin Comerford is the owner of this locally owned business called Service Champions. The Comerford family has been servicing the heating and air conditioning needs of clients in Northern California for over 40 years. Comerfords, which is now called Service Experts, was a family owned business until 1996 when Kevin and his parents took that company public. That company has since been bought by a large corporation. Kevin worked for that corporation for 6 years and decided that he wanted to get back to a more hometown, client-focused company, like his parents started in 1972. That’s why he started Service Champions.

Spencer did a very good job and answered my questions. Somehow the other review connected to the Face book went wrong. I was gave him 5 stars. But it bounced to 3 stars. So I have to come here to do it again with 5 stars that I really want to rate his job.

We had a wiring problem that was corrected so that the air conditioner would work again. When we turned it on it still did not cool the house. Chris Meyer arrived on time and found that our refrigerant was low and fixed the problem quickly. He has a great customer relation approach and he explained the service provided. He added dye to the line so we can see if we have a leak in the system. Job well done. The air conditioning feels great.

Service Champions is my favorite company to service my Heating & A/C because the staff working there are really helpful and polite. They are always on time and do a very good job. Robert Tanaka came to inspect my duct and he gave a thorough Home and Duct Performance Test. I was really impressed by his work and his professional knowledge.

I was really impressed by Kyle's work. He gave a thorough and professional service to my furnace and A/C. He is the only one who takes a look at my duct even though I joined the club in 2012. He also explained in great details how the systems worked. His attitude is always good and polite.

Service Champions installed our two level systems in 2006. We participate in SC's service program with the Spring and Fall inspections. The systems have performed flawlessly during those nine years. The service techs have all been courteous, competent and on time. Their thourough inspections, adjustments and cleanings are a major reason for the excellent performance history. The first "failure" occurred in one unit several days after the first 104oF day of the summer season.. Our call to SC on 6/13/2015 resulted in the service call scheduled the next after noon. Jesse Moreno arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) in the evaporator in five minutes, had the parts and completed the repair. Total time: 45 minutes. The second unit's capacitor was checked and found ok. Another five star performance by the Service Champion's team. Thanks, Jesse.
Service Champions was awesome. From the set up-person to the system check up from Luis, all was very professional. Luis knows his stuff and I could tell that he was going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It is nice to see this type of work ethic. Thank you!!! Rick

Tim Santos was our Service Champion Representative/Comfort Advisor. He explained everything in 'Layman Terminology'. Of which my husband and I could understand. He explained in detail the different options we could choose from and what would the best way to go to serve our needs. Very much appreciated his performance and knowledge of this Service. Chris Meyer did a professional job in handling a heating issue which we had. He also alerted us to a problem of which we were not aware. also a very nice young man. Highly recommend

VERY reliable company. Everything about your interaction with this company is friendly and professional. The service reps are awesome. I have recommended Service Champions to my friends and family.
Technician David Shelton arrived promptly after telephone notification from his office. We told him the a/c was not functioning and he quickly discovered the problem to be a failure to connect a wire from the thermostat to the a/c at the time of our new furnace installation last January. He also explained thoroughly the PG&E box which allows that company to cut off the a/c by grids to save energy. He tested the a/c thoroughly and showed my wife and I how to adjust the thermostat setting as necessary. When David left our house, the a/c was functioning perfectly. I would recommend David to others in need of a technician.
