My recent encounter with Ben Franklin Plumbing left me with a renewed sense of hope in humanity. Armando showed up on time and was respectful and courteous. Even when he realized that what I called him for was not just a plumbing job but required someone who could remove and install marble, he gracefully declined the job and did not charge anything. I felt like he had my interest at heart and wasn't just there to make money for the company.

Phillip did a great job. Precise, gave me options, explained what would be best in my case (three water heaters, and one was replaced). The work was prompt, and clean. Also had a toilet problem, and he showed me what was wrong, suggested the best way to fix it, and it works great. I have used Ben Franklin for many years, and while they may not be the least expensive, they do a very professional job, and stand by their work. I hope that in the future if I need any work Phillip, or Ricky (who we have had in t past) are available. Dan Zadorozny

Ben Franklin is great, and Ryan was a great technician. Ben Franklin is quite a bit on the pricy side though. You do pay what you get for though.
