Reviews
I am disabled and needed help repairing my Water Heater. I called on Randy and asked if he could give me an idea of charges. He said he would have to come by. He arrived without tools or a meter, came in and looked at the unit plumbing and then after questioning the plumbing then saying it was irrelevant, he told me my repairs would cost $575 or it would be $1400 for a new water heater, just like that! When I made an attempt at both humor and humility by explaining how I just had found my bathtub drain leaks on the floor and the sprinkler valve needs replacing, and now in 2 minutes I owe either $69, $575 or $1400, and that it must be a racket, he took it personally and began calling me an a-hole. After a couple times hearing him say this I switched from wanting to apologize to mentioning that it was a racket since he was only here 2 minutes standing at the water heater, and how he could have told me about the charges before he drove out here. He spent no time earning his money to check WHICH of the units failed, and immediately wanted to charge me $69 for 2 minutes. He took further offense, probably because he knew I was right. The proper thing to do, especially when someone is asking for help finanically, is to AT LEAST get your meter out and try to at least give the man his $69 worth by further isolating the trouble, earning your money, and not argue with the customer! It's not rocket science, but I can't be sure he knows how to use a meter. He continued to berate and insult me and try to justify his ridiculous charges for the less than $75 of parts and what took me 30 minutes to do. After he came back to the door with the invoice and jammed it in my stomach with my check, I tried to explain and I couldn't get a word in edge-wise again, and it escalated from words to him rushing his face into mine and asking me to punch him. He bumped my head with his and I had to take a step back in the doorway, but it was certainly enough for assault. I was a little stunned at what he did and what I should do, but I have 4 ruptured disks and 2 herniated, and I kept my head and told him I would just call the police. Never have I been assaulted at my own home by anyone I invited to come. Randy has anger issues and doesn't handle them in an adult manner. He reverts to childishly talking over you and fighting to handle problems and doesn't keep his head and his wits in a disagreement. You cannot rationalize with him. He doesn't care if you are disabled. He will fight. He needs anger management and I would not trust him with my family or on my job. He is a liability and you would dobetter to find someone else.
Randy and Steve with At-Ease Plumbing made our plumbing "disaster" an easy and pain-free process. Not only was Randy at our house in less then an hour of calling, but he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, and gave us honest options. Steve and Randy both personified professionalism and we will GLADLY call them again for all of our plumbing issues. We highly recommend this service. -The Cross Family
They came to our home and efficiently replaced our outdated garbage disposal over the weekend. Very professional and courteous. Arrived on time as advertised. Very satisfied with their service. They have come and serviced other appliances at our home. Estimates and price very reasonable.

thank you for helping me in a pinch! i needed someone to stop a leak in the kitchen, and after calling three different companies, At-Ease Plumbing came over the very same day. i found their rates to be VERY reasonable as well! thank you again, At-Ease.
First, the service over the phone was great! When we got home from work, our whole house was stopped up. He gave me a great price and he sent someone out that same night so my kids could take a shower for school. Randy was great. He made us feel comfortable and even at 9 o'clock at night he still walked us through everything and explained to us different options within our budget. At Ease Plumbing saved our day!
