This experience involved Michael W (Plumber) and Susan T (Customer Service). Susan gave us accurate timely information on the arrival of the Plumber and Michael provided excellent service, providing an accurate and honest assessment as well as quickly resolving the issue providing us with the all cost discounts possible. I highly recommend asking for Michael if you have a choice of plumbers.

I was needing some help to replace the stem of my bathtub faucet because I tried to replace it myself and the plastic piece broke. I called Benjamin Franklin needing them to come out that day and it was already after noon. They were able to come out that afternoon. Todd Dukes came out and was able to do the work very quickly and did an excellent job. He could have taken the chance and teased me about the attempt to do the job myself, but he let me know that others had the same issue when they attempted to do the jobs them selves. I would definitely recommend Todd and Benjamin Franklin.

We've used Ben Franklin plumbing in Plano several times before, and have always been impressed not only with their professionalism, but also their customer service. If they tell you they will be there at a certain time, they will! David Dera was our plumber this last call for a backyard faucet that was dripping. He explained all the options, all the pros and cons. When he started the work, he found it was a much easier fix than what we'd thought it would be and required a simpler solution. He showed me the new fix, did the work, was in and out within 2 hours. A company with less integrity could have done the more expensive fix and we'd never have known the difference. Travis worked for two days and did an excellent job. However, our sprinkler line was cut in the process. We have been without service for a week and I am having to hand-water. The sprinkler company says this is a very common occurrence. I think Ben Franklin should pay my sprinkler bill!!!!!

Amanda in CS was very professional and was able to not only set up same day appointment but called back within the hour and said a technician was able to come out within the hour! Aaron showed up and was professional, polite, fixed the problem and left me and my husband with a huge sense of relief! Our experience was 5/5 and I would rate both individuals 5/5!! Way to go!

Our house had a water leak in an unknown area and we had a plumber come and provide an estimate. This leak turned out to be a suspected slab problem and the estimate was shocking at first. Had Ben Franklin come as a second opinion having found them in FiveStarRated publication. They were very prompt and found the problem as well, but this company provided additional solutions that might be cost saving and also had us check with our homeowners insurance company if covered, Ben Franklin sent very professional and helpful men to our home along with the additional crew required to dig a tunnel under the house to repair the water line leak. I would use this company again.

Benjamin Franklin's Plano location provided stellar service from the time the phone was answered until the technician walked out the door. It was as pleasurable as a "plumbing emergency" could be. I've added their number to my contacts list and would recommend them to anyone.

I am very impressed with this company and with the plumber (Ricky S) who provided the service. The customer service rep (Susannah) was helpful and pleasant, another person called to let me know when the plumber would be arriving, and he arrived on time. He replaced the kitchen faucet in a very timely manner and was very tidy and very nice. I appreciated that Susannah told me this company hires only licensed plumbers, and they run background checks and personality assessments on them before hiring. They also sent an email with the picture of the plumber so I would know who to look for before opening my door. Three cheers for excellent customer service and quality expert plumber! I am happy that I now know who to call the next time I need plumbing help.
