Service was timely and of very good quality. However, I felt that it was a bit pricey.

Dan was friendly professional, organized and informative . He took the time to explain all the benefits, features, warranties and cost of 5 different Sump Pumps. The switch was gone on my old base model pump that Prescision installed 3 years ago and had been running since 10 pm Friday night (it now sunday). Dan explain that I could replace the switch but there was no way to tell if the motor would work properly so I decided to replace the pump. Once I made my selection it took him only 20 minutes to remove old pump and install the new one. He left the area clean. Now I have peace of mind with the new pump with a warranty.

Pete & John were here with in an hour. The rodded my main sewer and were done in an hour. They did a great job.

Super helpful! The team came out to give us an estimate. They were very polite and helpful. After we decided what needed to be done, John & Pete gave us many options at different price levels. Once the major part arrived (Jay R. Smith back flow flood gate) they called to make an appointment at our earliest convenience. John & Andy installed the floodgate and Pete & Jeremy put in the sewer liner. All were professional and explained what they were doing. We are satisfied with the work performed! I have recommended Precision to neighbors and friends. It is hard to find a good plumber, these guys are it.

Fast response excellent service, slightly expensive

Andy and Jeremy did a great job putting in our french drain - they were timely, (working around a few severe rainstorms), thorough, efficient, courteous and very good at their job - I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone without reservation

Very polite and informative

Very good service when our hot water heater broke down. Paul W. came out promptly and got us going again. Then when it went out again a few days later, he came out on a Sunday and replaced the hot water heater. The service was great and the price fair. Paul was excellent to work with.

did a great job in fixing the leak coming from my sump pump discharge tube. Paul explained that the way he was fixing the problem would probably result in a longer life on my sump pump. The long coorigated hose that I had attached to the discharge tube was full of water and every time the pump came on it had to fight the built up pool of water left in the hose. Great job, very satisfied.
