This is my first experience w Precision Plumbing, Chicago. I am going to be a repeat customer. I was very satisfied w the service tech. Paul who was professional knowledgable, and totally respectful of my home. He had lots of experience and diagnosed my plumbing problem and fixed it. he came w a completely stocked truck, and did not need to run for parts. The office person Jackie was also excellent. We called her, gave her directions to our home which she relayed to Paul, She said that there would be no problem w an AM visit and that she would call us back and give us a 30-40 minute notice. Everything transpired exactly as she said, and Paul arrived on time, The whole experience was very positive. All in all 5 star.

I had peter from precision plumbing come out to rod my sewer line. He explained what he needed to do before starting and kept me informed of the progress. He also called the village public works to get them involved. After using the camera in the line peter determined the blockage was on the private side and the city side. he rodded the private side and the city rodded their end. now the line is flowing very well. I was pleased with pete and how quickly he resolved my issue.

Although I'm pretty sure that I overpaid for this plumbing job - I feel that the really good service that I received made the experience worthwhile overall. "Jackie" called me back right away and was very friendly and helpful. And "Scott T" the plumber came to do the work and was also very friendly - and worked hard - and did a really great job. If I overpaid for better service - then I'm okay with it - I've had too many bad experiences in the past - and life's short.

Precision Plumbing Inc. did a fabulous job with my plumbing emergency. Water backed up in my house and I wasn't able to get any sewage to exit the pipes. This happened during Christmas week. I called a local plumber in Lemont and they still haven't returned my call. I sent an email to Precision Plumbing while I was waiting for a return call from the local plumber, and Precision answered my email immediately. Paul was out within the hour and correctly diagnosed the problem. Pete and Joe were also called in as every pipe in my house was fully charged. The cast iron pipe exiting my house was sheared and an emergency excavation had to be performed. Jeremy came in on his day off and did the 2 man excavation job single handily. Our hot water heater gave out the night before Xmas eve- to no avail after contacting 6 other "24 hour service plumbers", we found Precision online. Our call was answered and Dan was sent to our house at 12:30am to replace our unit. He was done around 4am and we are super pleased and grateful for your company's excellent service!!!
