They identified my problem, solved it, and provided me with several alternatives for a long term solution. I felt very relaxed and comfortable dealing with them. Billy was very knowledgeable about replacing the galvanized pipes with copper pipes. He gave us an estimate for work that could be done and an estimate for work that was necessary to fix the problem. He returned the next morning with Pete to make the repairs. They were both friendly efficient and neat as they worked. They took the care to clean out the material after the water was turned off so the residue did not build up. I was very pleased with their work.

Dan did an awesome job repairing misellaneous plumbing issues at my house. He replaced the hot water heater and hot water pump, he replaced cartridges in my guest shower and master bedroom sink. Chris Sye was outstanding in his communication with me. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was being done. After completion of the job we spent several minutes discussing the results. He went into great detail regarding his findings while looking at the video together. When discussing future work needed, Chris took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He suggested he would do a follow up consultation with someone I would bring in to help me make the decision for the future work. Chris Sye was incredibly helpful. He laid everything out, gave the options, described everything, followed through, helped with meeting with city inspectors and was just incredibly knowledgeable. I have an investment company that has an in-house plumber and we never thought we'd use an outside plumber, but Chris is someone I will continue work with as it is clear that he knows his work, is reliable, open, and honest.

On time, thorough, friendly and efficient!

I highly recommend this company we discovered a problem with our ejector pump at 0300 hours and placed a call with their answering service. We got a call back a few hours later around 7:30 am at which point they advised a tech would be out around 11:00 and Dan was right on time. Dan quickly assessed the situation wrote us up 4 different offers with varying degrees of price. We made a decision and 3 hours later our hot water heater was replaced as well as our ejector pump. We were highly satisfied with our experience.

This company was recommended in our Western Suburbs Best Pick Report. The initial call was handled courteously. When Pete arrived to assess the problem, he attitude was very genuine. He helped make me feel at ease with our clogged sewer drains by describing the step he would take to remedy the situation. He did all he could, describing each step he would attempt, to clear the massive clog. The end result was perfect. Pete left me feeling confident in Precision Plumbing.
