Water heater leaked and flooded partial basement on 5-18-15. We called Precision. The came in with the lowest bid. I was certain there would be additional fees for something like a new pipe or other part but there was none. We all hate it when we contract someone for work and then they nickel and dime you for stuff you didn't even know existed. This fact makes this company one you can trust. Paul D. was here when he said he would be. He finished the job in the time he said it would take. He cleaned up when he finished working and was a very pleasant individual to work with. He explained everything he did and now after 3 days we have hot water again. YAY! We would not hesitate to call Precision the next time we need plumbing, heating or cooling.
