Terrible customer service! Dan G., the field manager, is too busy in "meetings" to ever return phone calls or deal with issues. We've had a reoccurring problem with our tankless hot water heater, that they installed, and cannot fix. We've given this company thousands of dollars over the years and they treat their customers like garbage and leave them hanging. We've since moved onto another company that values their customers. Beware!

He took care of everything professionally and, more importantly, I felt like I was getting honest and helpful feedback to all my questions. He was extremely polite and cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend Brent. He explained my options thoroughly and did outstanding work. He made sure that everything was cleaned up when the job was finished, in fact it was cleaner. He also put up with our crazy dog, in fact he treated her like she was his own. It felt as though an old family friend was doing the job for us. Whenever the time comes again for any work to be done on our house, Brent will be getting a call from us.

Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling - Chicago, IL, and Xavier, along with the rest of the staff are professional, courteous and always willing to assist. They find the problems and offer solutions, affordable ones. They are friendly, explaining what they are looking for and then what the solution(s) is as well as the costs associated with each option. Xavier was particularly attentive and in-tune with the issues with my air conditioning unit during a recent service call. I will be using them for all my air conditioning, furnace and plumbing needs.

Precision Plumbing was a great find. Their service was extremely fast. They dispatched two different crews the same day, one for a plumbing backup and the other for an HVAC problem. Andrew, Alex, Dennis, and Christopher put booties on prior to entering the house. They fixed the problems at hand and not only cleaned up after themselves but also cleaned the crud that the backup and HVAC leak distributed on the surfaces. When Andrew saw that the plumbing problem was larger than it appeared he called to have a different tech with a camera come out to take a closer look at the problem. All the technicians were courteous and clean. The only issue was a part not included in the original quote that increased the price quite a bit. I don't know if I would have changed my mind about the repair but I would have preferred not to be surprised by it. I am very pleased and will use this company again.

This was the first time Dave responded to a call to my home. He was courteous, kind and thorough. Dave had the instinct to figure out and resolve issues you had not considered. Great experience!!

Andrew Brennan gets a 5 star rating! He came to my house in St. Charles to work on faucets and a toilet. He's a very skilled plumber. He had some challenging repairs at my house and solved all the plumbing issues excellently. He made our bathroom look terrific! I will definitely call Precision Plumbing again and request Andrew B! He is also extremely nice.

I have used Precision Plumbing for many years now for a variety of service needs. The staff are friendly and helped get a service man out as quick as possible. I have had technician Paul Wirth do work at my house before and was happy to have him back to assist with the latest concern. He, and others on the team, explain what is going on and what may be needed. They have been so helpful that I obtained a service contract a few years ago to assure I get their top notch service.

Had an awesome experience with Xavier today for an A/C tune up. It was late in the day, but Xavier showed up with a lot of energy that brought up my spirits. He did a great job of explaining everything he was going to thoroughly review on the system. After completing the service, he clearly communicated the results and next steps. Big fan of Xavier and will use him again if we need additional HVAC services performed.

Precision Plumbing, albeit pricey, is always prompt, dependable and professional. Billy L removed our old, corroded kitchen sink, faucet and water/supply/drainage connections and installed a new sink and faucet. Billy was great - knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and extremely neat in all the work he did, even though some unexpected issues had to be overcome. I would specifically recommend Billy, and Precision Plumbing in general, to anyone wanting a professional and dependable plumbing job done right!
