Patrick was a knowledgeable technician who was easily able to explain the problem with our A/C. He even went as far as describing the problem and how to make sure we knew if it was happening in the future.

My service tech was Raphael L. from ARS. He has been my A.C. service tech for more than 2 years. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable of his craft and always willing to answer any questions you my have. I highly recommend this company and Raphael Lamboy specifically, to anyone who wants an honest A.C. repair man.
