I was satisfied with the speedy service to replace my a/c when it went out, but now I know why! BEWARE when you are in a hurry to get your a/c back on!! They initially told us $4000, but ended up costing $7500! Get other quotes before going with this company!! They charged us $5000 more for the same unit than other companies are charging. When I called the company to see if they do any price guarantee they said sorry you just lost $5K!

I had my maintenance check this week and I was called first by the office then again by Rafael 15 min before he arrived. He went about his work right away and I was very impressed with how he explained everything he did and let me know how clean my inside unit was for being 10 years old.the reason I'm writing this is because I work for home depot and I get a lot of leads for ARS so when I experience this great service from the office to the tech I can pass this on to my customers so they know what to expect when a lead is put in for them. Rafael and ARS of Miami were great. The A/C broke when we were out of town. Rafael worked with our house sitter to ensure that the A/C was up and running promptly. He is very pilot and is always considerate about the budget. I highly recommend him and the company.

On 03-18-14.Mr Jose G. was the technician that came and service my air condition system.He was very professional in identifying his co.and self. He completely check the system and explained step by step issues that needed to be corrected along with possible further repairs or placement of the unit.
