Amazing customer service quality by Joe and his team of installers. Juan R. was very patient and explained the items that were installed. Joe was the best. He helped us to understand the importance of saving energy and maintaining a properly cooling system. The system has been working great since installation and the house feels as cold as a resort.

I was given a timeline for service: between 10am and 2pm. Mr Ortiz arrived at 2:30 but considering my appointment was semi emergent I had hoped that he would have been dispatched to arrive before 2pm. However, he was very apologetic and set to work immediately. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and explained and showed me the problem part. He had the part in his van and carefully explained the cost of replacement etc which was reasonable. Within 15 minutes the a/c unit was fully functional . Mr Ortiz was very professional , helpful and pleasant to talk with. I definitely would ask for him again!

We were very happy with the service provided by technician Rafael. He arrived on time, and was courteous, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to answer questions and explained the workings of the system very well. We would definitely use ARS again, especially Rafael.

Very professional, courteous and prompt. Had them out to do a maintenance on my unit and he gave me 3 recommendations to improve and prolong the life of the A/C. Covered his shoes with booties to not track dirt into the house. Great service by ARS Miami as usual.

They could and sent our favorite technician, Ruben Roo who has done periodic maintenance on our system. Ruben spoke with me by phone, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate for the fix. Additionally, he recommended further protection for my unit and went to work immediately. I thank ARS and Ruben for the rapid response.
