ARS as a team was fabulous. They accommodated our travel schedule to install a new Rheem system in less than 24 hours after Reuben Roo, technician, diagnosed a burned out air handler motor. Juan and Yaunnel arrived on time as promised, and worked very efficiently as a team. They were super conscious of cleaning up the work spaces! We are extremely pleased with ARS service!

ARS and Ruben were very punctual and made sure my air conditioner was in good condition. He cleaned it and did the six month tune up as I expected. He was corteus and very nice.

We requested service after hours and we were very please with the response time. Ruben Roo was very professional and knowledgeable with what he was doing. He inspected the unit that sits outside and within a few minutes he figured what the problem was. The repairs were done very swiftly and even after finding the problem, he went beyond to inspect the unit inside the house. He found some other minor issues which some he solved on the spot and the others he gave his recommendations. Overall, we are very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend ARS services to others.
