The technician - Antonio was very personable and knowledgable. He made my husband and I feel comfortable. He was quick at assessing the problem and presenting the available solutions. We would have him again.

Brad told me he has been with Apollo 1 year+. He was very concientious about his work and had no hesitation getting right to what he needed to do. After finishing up servicing my AC, he was thorough in cleaning up the area.. which didn't appear to me as dirty.

I was very happy with the work and installation of my new furnace.They were completely courteous and fast about removing old furnace and installing new. Afterwords I was explained everything about it, and all my questions answered. They cleaned up everything afterwards. All in all I am totally satisfied customer.

Antonio came out to investigate a problem we had with a leaking solenoid valve on our old Aprilaire unit. After doing a check out of the problem it was determined that the old solenoid was not the issue and that a manual water feed valve was internally corroded. The thermostat on the Aprilaire did not work. Based on the work which would have needed to be done to bring the affected equipment up to peak performance, I decided that it would be better to have a new Aprilaire unit installed. Friendly courteous hard working and thorough

Nelson Gilchrist did a great job checking our heating system. He made sure wherever he went the area was left clean and neat. He also made sure I was informed about all the stuff he had done.

The service specialist were great and very professional. They answered all of my questions. I am very pleased thus far with Apollo and their performance.

My experience with Apollo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been excellent! The gas furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner we purchased from them has already lowered our utility bills. Nelson Gilchrist, the technician who serviced our humidifier and gas furnace this morning, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He changed the filters and checked all the required elements for this tuneup with a capable and efficient manner. Graciously, he offered to answer any of my questions and also took the time to point out the different areas which I could check and change when we stop using our furnace and begin using our air conditioner in the summer. As a homeowner who cares about maintaining all of the essential systems in our home, I appreciate the help Nelson provided. A pleasant attitude combined with professional training makes Nelson Gilchrist a technician who deserves sincere appreciation and favorable recognition.
