When we returned from vacation we found our AC decided to also go on vacation... Calling Apollo, Ben K. was dispatched within a couple hours as our tech. He responded with professionalism and got the issue resolved quickly. While he was here, he was also able to fix another issue with a second unit that we had been putting off. The entire repair was quite reasonable. We will be recommending Apollo to our friends!!

Chad M. was incredibly professional, polite, and extremely FAST at responding to our emergency call tonight! We got home around 6pm to find our air conditioning was not working. We initially called another one of your competitors for the simple reason that I knew re name of the company. They weren't able to even come out to our house until Monday! After that disappointment, we called Apollo because I remembered seeing something on the Fox 19 morning show about your company, so we decided to give you a call. From the man who answered the phone initially to your amazing technician, Chad, we had an extremely positive experience. Chad took the time to walk my husband through his questions and explained everything to both of us. Due to how genuine he is, both of us felt totally comfortable with our options and our decisions, as well. In our opinions, Chad should be one of the leaders in your company. I had Chad M from Apollo come out and conduct my annual Air Conditioning tune-up. He was very professional when I met him at the front door; he wore the special booties not to dirty my floors. He went to work, as he found some underlying issues he showed me and let me know what the cost would be to fix it down the road. As a platinum plan customer he replaced 3 items which would have cost me over $700 if I didn't have this plan. I felt he went the extra mile on the job. He also reminded me that I only had a few filters left and he ordered another box for me at a very reasonable price; this ensured I had an ample amount of filters on hand. I can always count on Apollo and there team of technicians and plumbers to do a fantastic job. Give them a call first for all your Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I've used all there services and they are true professionals and there services are very reasonable priced. Chad was exceptional and I would have him work in my home anytime.
