Rickey did a great job of addressing a failed evaporator coil for us. He was prompt, diagnosed the issue, and was back the following morning with the part and spent the better part of the day installing it so that we had our air conditioner back up and working. Much appreciated Rickey!

I recently had my hot water tank replaced by Apollo technicians. It was easy to cut off the water to remove the old tank. The shut off valve leading to the old tank needed to be removed to allow for the instilation of the new taller tank. The water shut off valve for my condo would not shut the cold water off completely. The technician was able to call one of the companies plumbers who arrived shortly there after. This Plumber was very knowledgeable and discussed a couple of ways to correct the problem. The repair was both cost effective and efficent. I was very impressed!

Matt G arrived promptly and completed a thorough inspection of the air conditioning unit. He was also able to address more specific concerns that I had regarding how the unit was running. Fortunately it just needed a good cleaning!

He took time to explain what was going on and made realistic recommendations on what to do with our wearing old AC and Heater. He was out withing 2 and 1/2 hours of calling and even though our AC required a very specific motor, they ordered it and Rob was back to finish the job withing 12 hours. Pricing was reasonable and after the repair was finished Rob took the extra time to make sure our system was working at its best. I know when I need to replace my AC and Heater there will be only one company I call. Apollo.

Apollo has been performing annual service on our air conditioners, which they installed, since 2003. All of the service technicians have been professional. This year's technician, Bryan Peale, is a sharp young man that has continued that professional performance. Hopefully our air conditioners keep running. I'd recommend Apollo to anyone.

Driver did know backup was to be installed so initially installed sump pump, came back on second appointment to install backup.
