Ron H. of Pann Home Services fixed our leaking A/C unit at lightning speed. He and his assistant arrived first thing in the morning. They were kind, friendly, and answered all of our questions patiently. Only minutes passed before they were completely done. I was impressed and would definitely go back to them.

Mike F. and Jon D. did a superb job plastering and filling a hole in our kitchen ceiling unavoidably produced by plumbers having to open it to repair two leaks. They were both professional in every way, exhibiting excellent craftsmanship in their work. Once we have it painted, the ceiling will appear as good as new.

My husband and I have been Pann customers for more than 10 years, first at our condo in Brookline, and now at our house in Malden. During that time, most of the work we've had done, from replacing interior stairs to painting the place last spring, has been either done or supervised by Paul B. Paul is a careful estimator and meticulous workman. Even when he's not doing the work himself, he never fails to supervise both Pann employees and subcontractors. This spring, he's installing a new stove hood that vents to the outside and replacing a large window with three smaller ones, including building new casings to match our nearly 100-year old woodwork. I am sure that we will be pleased with the results!
