Service Technician Jim P. from Central Cooling & Heating came by our home today and did an excellent job repairing our furnace. He was able to debug and repair the issue fairly quickly without giving us any extra hidden fees. So far I have been very happy with this company and service department. Thoy D. thanks to Thoy I fully understood how to set the humidifier attached to my heating system correctly. He took time to point out how the whole operation worked-- from setting the dial to how to set the little switches from summer to winter on the unit. I could visualize the operation clearly in my mind. He also pointed out what the writing said on the humidifier. The unit is high and the writing small so I never noticed it over the years. Great job!

Central Cooling & Heating was very responsive to my emergency service request. I had no heat on a very cold night. They made my call a priority. They sent Thoy D. to service the unit. He was EXCELLENT, professional and courteous!! He explained everything to me, and was able to fix the unit that day. He able to answer all my questions. He cleaned up his workspace. Most importantly arrived at the appointed time! We are so glad that we have a service contract with Central Cooling & Heating of Woburn.

Prompt and professional home heating service despite challenging weather conditions. Upon arrival, multiple problems were diagnosed and the primary heating problem was remedied immediately. Less critical issues were resolved by a very timely follow up appointment. Very impressed with customer service and quality of work.

since i have an annual contract, they made an out-of-season appointment [no extra charge] to see if there was an explanation for a superhigh electric bill. it might have been due to snow blocking the heat pump was the conclusion. while he was here, john showed me how to put the thermostat in a more convenient mode than it had been set previously. he's a pleasant fellow as well.

Joe C. came to service my new electric heat installed a year go. He is very knowledge, offered tips for me to watch for and was able to anwswer my questions with very high professionalism. Great guy!

Joe C. was very professional on his visit for a service heating check up. He put on booties prior to entering my residence to ensure the floor stayed clean and dry due to all this snow. He is a very thorough and detailed technician, and he makes sure that he follows up with the services he performed. Also, he came earlier than expected which was a pleasure for me due to my work schedule.

Brian B. is very personable and conscientious. The immediate response to our request for service was much better than expected. Brian took the time to fully understand the problem and consulted with others, including the Mitsubishi rep, to be sure of the likely cause and cure for the problem. Brian has serviced our Mitsubishi equipment in the past and it is nice to have someone familiar with whom to work.

Central Cooling has been servicing my AC/Heat for 30+ years; John B has been the technician for many years. He has provided outstanding service--professional, competent, friendly--even in the worst of weather, he is always pleasant. I would certainly recommend Central Cooling and John B.

Joe C. did a fine job. Very polite and personable. I was surprised that our contract did not include checking the boiler which is the source of the heat. Been using them for many years. Designed and installed a whole heating and AC system a few years ago. Service is prompt and courteous. System has been working great and efficient AC saves me money over the old window ones and works way better. - From a real customer (just didn't want to make another account that I didn't need, but review is legit).

We were stuck with no heat on a very cold Sunday. Jim P, the technician, came out and found the issue much sooner than we expected. In less than an hour. we were warm again. He was personable and smart and I highly him and Central Cooling.
