Joe C was very polite. He introduced himself. He was careful to put on shoe covers to protect the carpet. He explained what he did and how to change the settings on the humidifier for the change of seasons. It appeared to me that he did an excellent job.

Nick and his partner did a great job with the repairs of my Air Conditioner. It is obvious Nick knows the business and is able to relate to the customer. Central has consistently supported us through our long winter.

John B. fixed an ongoing and stubborn problem of rattling in the heating ducts from the Nortec humidifier. He solved the problem quickly, it is very quiet now, and he changed the filter of my air cleaner to fix the whistling sound coming from that unit. He was quick and communicated clearly to me what the problems were. Excellent!!! Very happy with the service!

This company is terrific- best prices, products and service. The technician, Lin Z., who came for a maintenance visit was thorough, timely, very pleasant and answered most of my concerns. He also brought questions he could not answer back to the company and I received a follow-up call the next day.
