Best in town. Definitely as good as it gets. Fast, efficient, and professional. Had 2 rock chips repaired during my lunch hour. I couldn't have asked for a better or more honest service. And that says volumes in any part of the auto business anymore, but especially here in Redding. Already have referred them to family and friends and will continue to do so. This place is the best. Our car's passenger window got smashed out during the rainy season, and the owner was at my house to tape it up within about 20 minutes of my initial phone call. The window was ordered and replaced in less than 24 hours, and the owner was happy to drive me home after I dropped the car off. Perfect service, great work, and overall professionalism. They also vacuumed the car and treated me with kindness and respect. I recommend Platinum as highly as possible! They have my business from now on. Great pricing as well. Perfect experience.

Ted and the platinum auto glass team are amazing. I was headed out of town and had to get my windshield repaired. Ted squeezed me in before they even opened so I was back on the road in 20 minutes. My bill was only $25 to fix the chip and Ted let me know if I ever have another chip in the same windshield, it's only $10 to fix. It's hard to find businesses who treat their customers right but Platinum Auto Glass is one of those businesses and for that I thank you. I would refer Platinum Auto Glass for all your glass needs.

Ted, the owner, answered my call about a small rock chip in my windshield. He asked a few detailed questions about the chip and said that it wouldn't be any problem to fix it. He gave me a price quote and asked if I could stop by in the morning. I brought my car over and Ted immediately got to work. He was friendly and helped me understand the process of how he made the fix. In the end, he charged me less than the original quote because I paid in cash. I'd definitely recommend stopping here for your auto glass fixes!

This is a great place to get a chip/crack fixed in your windshield. Ted was very friendly and helpful, he repaired my windshield in 15 min and did an amazing job. I can no longer find where the chip was. I highly recommend Platinum Auto Glass.

I had suffered a shattered windshield and the hands of vandals. Upon contacting Platinum Auto Glass regarding repairs I was given an XLNT price quote for new glass and selected appointment time. The repairs were completed expediently and without any flaws or defects. I would highly recommend this Company for all auto glass or repairs. If you have your work done some place else you're messing up!

Ted was awesome!! We had something hit our RV windshield while driving up the 5 and Ted told us to come on by and he would look at the damage! The damage was in an awkward curve in the windshield but Ted worked his magic and the damage disappeared!! Within 30 minutes we were on the road. The shop was clean and the employees were very nice, even offered our dogs some water while we waited!! Platinum is all about service and quality!! (We also left with the cleanest windshield ever!!)

In town for a few days when the day before we were supposed to leave, someone decided to break my drivers window and rifle through my car. Nobody had the glass in stock, and only carried inferior aftermarket glass. Called the guys at platinum auto glass. They got original equipment quality glass in for the next morning. They helped me in the meantime by vacuuming the broken glass out and putting plastic over the open window. The installer even came in a half hour early to get us in the road asap. Awesome quality and service. Thanks! Highly recommend!

I had a chip in my windshield that rapidly turned into a crack that was growing at an alarming rate. I called Platinum Auto Glass and was lucky to get the owner, Ted, on the line. He was so warm and friendly, he instructed me to bring the car by and he'd give me an estimate. I came by later that day and he was extraordinarily kind and professional. He looked at the car and made some calls to verify the make of my windshield (I'm not the best historian on the car). Ted got back to me that evening with the estimate and additional information. This was on Monday. I had an appointment scheduled for 8am on Wednesday morning. Everyone was incredibly courteous and there's plenty to do and see while you wait. However, don't get too comfortable - I doubt you will be waiting for long. Paul, my windshield installer, was early and quick. He was done by 8:45am. Windshield looked great. I was given some instructions and follow-up information and was out the door with an umbrella escort by Ted (a true gentleman). I would be remiss if I did not state that his prices are incredibly reasonable and he stands behind his products and service. I highly recommend this business for your auto glass needs.

It pays to be nice! About 6 months ago, I called and spoke to Dawn about needing to replace the window regulator on my husband's truck, but after my call, he was able to get the window operating again. When it finally gave out on a rainy day with the window half way down, I remembered how well I had been treated and called back to schedule the repair. It was drizzling that morning, but Marcus arrived at our house at the time promised, with a cheerful attitude, and quickly changed it out. Charged the price quoted (quite reasonable) and works like new. This business is a model of great customer service.

Rear window broke Thursday night. Started calling around Friday for quotes and time estimates. Ted answered my call, and provided a quote $28 cheaper than Safelite did. His quote would also result in an appointment 1 week sooner than Safelite! Here's why I'm giving 5 stars; when I expressed concern about the impending rain storms, Ted offered to make a couple of calls to find out if he could get the glass in Friday night and ensure he had the labor force to install the glass Saturday morning. He also offered to let me leave my car there overnight, which saved me a lot of time and effort of taping & tarping my car (since the rain was going to start Friday night). Ted called this morning to let me know the glass had arrived and was being installed. My car is now home safe, sound, and waterproof again. I am so thankful for Ted's extra effort to ensure I would not be without a vehicle during this round of inclement weather. Saving money in the process of supporting a local business was icing on the cake!

Ted and his assistants were very friendly and helpful in explaining the process of chip repair on one car and windshield replacement on another car. They were always available to answer questions and make the wait comfortable for me and my children.
