3 weeks ago I called and spoke with the owner Ted about getting a quote for a windshield replacement. Not only was he the lowest price in town, but also willing to send a technician to my work location, and offered a lifetime warranty on their work. So I decided to schedule an appointment and he was able to send his technician Paul out the next day. Paul was courteous and on time the following day, however, after he had completed the job my husband noticed some issues with the replacement. Both Paul and Tim acknowledged the issues and were more than happy to get me fixed up back to factory standards, at no additional cost to me. Yes, it did take about 2 weeks and 3 additional visits to or from the company to accomplish this, but it was worth the wait. Paul resolved the issues my husband and I had with the install, and later we came to find out that the additional work and parts needed for my car ate up their entire profit on the job. And they were still extremely polite and courteous

Great customer service and amazing work! I went in with a quarter size rock chip in my window, Ted was very honest with me about what could happen with that big of a crack. I personally didn't want to spent $210 on a new window right now so I decided to have him try and fill the crack. My schedule is pretty right and I could not do it that day but was told I could come back the next day on my lunch (pray it wasn't too cold of a night to crack my window more) I came back the next day on my lunch and 1) he was able to get it done in a timely manner 2) he was able to fill it and not crack my window so I didn't have to buy a new one. I will eventually have to replace it but his repair bought me time and you can hardly tell where the crack is.
