If I could give Mark 6 stars I would. So far his findings have saved us tens of thousands on would be repairs if we had moved forward with the properties he had inspected. My fiancee's father is a general contractor and has accompanied us on inspection days and has nothing but positive feedback for the entire 4U experience.
