Our inspector was quite professional from his introduction to explaining what he would do to pointing out his observations as the inspection took place to his final report after it was all done. Not only did he take his time throughout the inspection but he also indicated what he was unable to assess. Knowing both ends of the spectrum is just as important as knowing the obvious deficiencies. When I requested an inspection on a renovated home, I had no idea that under the renovations was a world of disrepair, neglect, and even outright bad judgment that the previous owners used in the years owning the home. 4U Inspector Paul Block uncovered all the hidden safety hazards created by unlicensed workers and made recommendations that I could use going forward. I appreciate the day the inspection was done and I learned so much about home buying from Mr. Block. I will always recommend 4U Inspection and Mr. Block whenever I know that inspection services are needed.
