Dr. Terry H. Clarke is a Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgeon serving the Mechanicsburg area for more than 8 years. Dr. Terry H. Clarke serves patients in his newly-opened practice, Foot & Ankle Specialists of Central PA, located at 4 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. A foot and ankle surgeon, his new medical facility features the most advanced equipment and practices the highest level of hospital sterilization standards. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated with honors. Dr. Clarke completed a 3 year Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency at Crozer-Keystone Health System, with a focus on Foot & Ankle Reconstruction, where he also served as Chief resident. He also completed a 2 month Fellowship in Limb Lengthening and Childhood Deformities at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics and completed both Basic and Advanced AO training in Orthopedic Principles and Fixation Techniques. Dr. Clarke is Board Certified in Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine and Orthopedics by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Clarke is also Board Certified in Wound Care by the American Board of Wound Healing. Dr. Clarke is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is also an Attending Physician for the Pinnacle Health Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program and is responsible for the surgical training of Resident Physicians. Recently, Dr. Clarke received the high distinction of performing the first STAR Total Ankle Replacement in the Pinnacle Health System.

I had been struggling with my foot for over 15 years. I saw several specialists over the years and each one of them could not explain what was wrong with my foot. Within my first couple visits, Dr. Clarke found the problem and had me scheduled for surgery. I could not be happier with how great him and his team have been to me. Highly recommended!

came into the care of Dr.Clarke due to bad accident with a large dumpster crushing my foot has been a rough series of surgeries could not asked for better care Dr Clarke and the girls are awesome and because of them i still have a foot there care and compassion are above and beyond anything i could have hoped for

I have had pain for 15-20 years on the bottom of left foot. I have had 3 surgeries to correct the problem. Then I found Dr. Clark. He did the surgery that worked. I am so happy to finally walk without pain. Thank You.

I based my decision to see Dr. Clarke based on reviews from my insurance provider and those recommendations were spot on. The staff is welcoming and organized. The facility is clean and comfortable with what seems to be state of the art technology. And Dr. Clarke is terrific. He takes the time to talk to you about your lifestyle and how the injury might be affecting things. He doesn't mind explaining things a second or third time. He sets out a clear plan of action for recovery. And you just get the sense that he truly cares about your well being. A good guy.

Dr. Terry Clarke and his staff (Jacquie & Jillian) are absolutely wonderful. They all are very professional, answer any questions you may have and do not make you feel like just an anonymous patient. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a foot or ankle specialist.
