Dr. Terry H. Clarke is a Podiatric Foot & Ankle Surgeon serving the Mechanicsburg area for more than 8 years. Dr. Terry H. Clarke serves patients in his newly-opened practice, Foot & Ankle Specialists of Central PA, located at 4 Flowers Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. A foot and ankle surgeon, his new medical facility features the most advanced equipment and practices the highest level of hospital sterilization standards. He received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated with honors. Dr. Clarke completed a 3 year Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency at Crozer-Keystone Health System, with a focus on Foot & Ankle Reconstruction, where he also served as Chief resident. He also completed a 2 month Fellowship in Limb Lengthening and Childhood Deformities at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics and completed both Basic and Advanced AO training in Orthopedic Principles and Fixation Techniques. Dr. Clarke is Board Certified in Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine and Orthopedics by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Clarke is also Board Certified in Wound Care by the American Board of Wound Healing. Dr. Clarke is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine and a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is also an Attending Physician for the Pinnacle Health Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program and is responsible for the surgical training of Resident Physicians. Recently, Dr. Clarke received the high distinction of performing the first STAR Total Ankle Replacement in the Pinnacle Health System.

I was referred to Dr. Clark for my diabetic foot care. He and his staff, arranged for me to get fitted for diabetic shoes, beside taking care of my toe nails on a regular basis.
I feel very comfortable trusting him with my care.

doc clarke is awesome very understanding he knows what he is doing when i came in to him he told me about my foot n left me watch a video and told me what he was going to do with my foot, n i was scared and he reinsured me that everything would be ok, and it was. his staff are awesome young lady n i would refer him to anybody.........

Dr. Clarke tried to clear it up with meds but had to do surgery, He fixed me up and got me on the road to recovery, great Dr and person, I am very thankful for him as my Dr.

Dr Clarke has helped with several foot issues and I am always improved when my care is complete. His diagnosis of my pain is accurate and the treatment is professional. His staff is courteous and welcoming . Definitely consider visiting him with your foot and ankle issues.
I was so happy to be able to find Dr Clarke after using him several years at another location. He explained the procedure clearly and was very accessible following the surgery. His staff was also very accommodating and helpful each time I called with questions as well.
