Terry H did a very professional job. Within an hour after scheduling the appointment he showed up. He gave me a fair estimate on the price and listened and answered all the questions I had. He left me happy. I am certain I will call Tom Drexler Plumbing again for any work.

We've had two technicians come out this winter. One for our heater that went out and one for when our pipes froze and drain was clogged. Both technicians were very nice, respectful, and knowledge. He explained the issue and presented several options to repair the problem. He was very efficient completing the repair, and took the time to explain the equipment as well as a few other issues that we may want to address in the future. A+

Terry went to work immediately to unfreeze my water pipe. He had to make an extra trip to find a heater to warm the pipe as he was afraid the torch would overheat and cause damage to my pec lines. Wonderful service! Terry was so helpful and very friendly. He gave me the quote upfront and explained everything he was going to do before he did. It was an easy experience from start to finish. Pricing is very fair. He also wore booties to not track dirt in my house which I thought was a very nice touch too! I will definitely call again if/when we have another plumbing issue.

Took care to do minimal damage to yard and shrubs. Avoided cutting a nearby waterline (which takes skill). After completion, replaced a shrub and spread hay in area. Did work in 5 degree weather.

Very pleased with the service I received. Mark was on time, explained the process well and did an excellent job on a very stubborn drain. He cleaned the area so well after the job that you couldn't even tell he had been here.

This was a difficult and expensive job--but Tim and Neal U. were very patient about explaining to us what was being done and why. Several trips were involved and they were always here when they said they would be. They did a very thorough job cleaning up. Tom Drexler's people came very quickly on my initial call for which were very thankful. I always recommend them.

Called Sunday 12/28 6:30am & talked to live person! Water on floor in laundry room at base & around 21 year old water heater. On-call technician came out but no water on floor since I mopped it up earlier. I had talked to Jeremy Uptain about my concerns his last visit. Decided not to do anything Sunday but requested Jeremy take a look at it next day & see what he thought. No water on floor when Jeremy came Monday. He too was not 100% sure but could find nothing else leaking in that area. I decided to replace it & did not feel pressured in any way to buy a new one. Jeremy installed the water heater in an efficient & timely manner. He also removed & replaced a portion of copper pipe. Cleanup was perfect. Tom Drexler & Jeremy Uptain get another A+ from me. So far this company has a perfect score--Well done Jeremy. . .

Roman H did a great job replacing our 25+ year old toilet yesterday! He is professional, very skilled, very interested in taking care of our needs, and personable! We appreciated him laying down a red carpet to avoid tracking in dirt and using shoe covers. When he completed the job, there was no mess to clean up - he took care of every detail! Definitely a 5-star job! We call Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air, and Electric exclusively! They are the best in town!

Work was done to a very high standard by a very competent service pro. Price seemed a bit high compared to what I was expecting. Did not get competing bid however.

Roman did a fine job. When I called by phone I was place on hold for about 20 minutes so I then went to web site for electronic appt. which resulted in someone getting back to me.
