Tom Drexler Plumbing company was fantastic. They sent someone out immediately. We were very satisfied with the workers Chuck Terry and Mark Letner. They both made us feel more at ease with our situation and completed the task as promised. They were professional but very easy to talk to,friendly and kind.

I just got a bathroom renovated by Tom Drexler Plumbing. I have had work done by them in the past and decided to use them again. Ryan Roth and Seth Allen (with Drexler Plumbing) did an excellent job of restoring that old bathroom. They replaced my tub, toilet, vanity, and tile floor. They arrived on time, actually a little early. They explained again exactly what was involved and the time frame that it was to be done in. These guys were not only knowledgeable, they were very courteous. The bathroom that they re-finished looks beautiful and is functionally sound. They completed the work right on schedule, and did not leave a trace of their presence. The place was clean when they were done. I would certainly recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing for future renovation projects. I hope that I am lucky enough to have Ryan Roth and Seth Allen to do work for me again, when I use Drexler. The installation team came out in the middle of a serious snowstorm to replace my furnace. Even though the conditions weren't ideal, they made sure that they did the job right. Both installers had a positive and professional attitude the entire time. The furnace works great and the experience from my initial call, the sales consult, and the install all went smoothly.

Over the years I've developed a healthy distrust of companies and the pitch normally thrown at me. On this occasion, after needing emergency plumbing service, I felt myself quickly put at ease by the professionalism (mannerism and knowledge of practice) of the technician who visited my home. He took the time to thoroughly answer my basic questions in such a way that I actually learned something. I even felt like I understood the policy behind the pricing so that I could make a more informed choice about what I need to do about my situation. Generally speaking, needing emergency services is always an unpleasant experience, but in this case, largely based upon the service personnel who visited us, I feel relief. Easily five stars!
