Sam M and his assistant Sam M Jr. were great to work with. They were courteous, quick, but thorough. I especially appreciated that Sam clearly explained what he was doing. He also took time to explain my options for restoring heat and addressing air conditioning options. Magnolia responded quickly at each step of the way. Their diagnostic price was within a reasonable range per my estimate.

Carlos has had to come to our house a few times. He is quick, efficient and gets the job done. He makes it look effortless although I know he's had to fix other's mistakes and deal with some unusual problems. I feel lucky to know him!

Magnolia Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Company over the past four years has provided excellent service maintaining all plumbing fixtures as well as the hot water central heating system for our property in the DC Dupont Circle area. They offer 24 hours service and their service appointments are always dependable and on time. Most recently they have installed a new rooftop central air conditioning unit. The time it took to complete such a major project was admirable and done in such a professional way. The mechanic took care to minimize the areas of the wall that had to be opened to trace the source of the leak. I would definitely recommend this company to others. Also would use them again.

I had a great experience with Magnolia. I was finishing up a kitchen remodel and needed a plumber to connect the new sink to the water supply. I called Magnolia and Felix was at my house about 2 hours later. He immediately checked to make sure the new faucet would fit, gave a reasonable estimate, and performed excellent work within about an hour. He checked to see if I needed any other plumbing work and gave reasonable estimates for a those projects too. He was very professional and I would definitely use Magnolia again!

Recently, I called Magnolia to request plumbing services. It was a thoroughly pleasant experience and I fully recommend the company to anybody in need of plumbing. The customer service representative, Thyesha H was charming, helpful and very efficient. Likewise the plumber, Jim B was courteous, knowledgeable and a truly nice person. He treated my home with respect and did a fantastic job while also helping me understand the problems. He efficiently fixed the problems in minimal time. I will definitely call Magnolia again whenever I have problems with the plumbing or my air conditioner/furnace.
