Kenny H was the technician that came to replace my outdoor faucets. He showed up on time, introduced himself, and was very friendly and courteous. He looked at the work to be done and provided an estimate. He did a great job and the faucets look and work great. No one could have done a better job or been more professional. Despite the snow, Felix was prompt, communicative and competent. He replaced our water heater and did it well. He not only did the job without complaining about the heavy snowfall, he actually shoveled our front walk.

Sam M provided wonderful service. Prompt and efficient, and friendly to boot. Felt confident in his work. Morning dispatch was friendly too. Would have given five stars but the after hours dispatch the evening prior was unpleasant and despite promising on two different calls to send a technician, no one ever called or came. After a cold night, we got much better service in the morning with Sam.
