They came after hours within 30 minutes of my call, and got the air conditioner working for the night, and were back the next morning to fix it. Very pleased with the tech.
Robert did a wonderful job of truing to change my furnace thermostat. He went under the house and searched find the wire so he could add a line.
I have been using Peterson Plumbing for 2 year now and most recently needed extensive work done on the evaporative cooler and flashing. Robert had done my semi annual plumbing check and started up the cooler, then returned to do the remainder of the work on the roof and cooler. He was very prompt with his appointment time, worked efficiently while here and was always very polite and professional when going over information with me. I particularly appreciated the number of pictures that he took of the before and after work on the roof so that I could see that the work had been done as described. I will continue using Peterson Plumbing and hope that I get Robert as a tech for future visits.

Jeff went above and beyond to insure we resolved our problems. He resolved our situation without any additional expenses and allowed us to complete both pending projects well under our allotted budget. Jeff has done major boiler and water heater replacements for us in previous years and we have been more then satisfied with his skills and concern for our satisfaction.
Jeff is always very polite. He has a great memory for his customers, this is important in a person that is coming into your home. The work is always top notch and they are always willing to come out and fix any problems. We have used them for the installation of our central air and maintenance with no complaints. It is always a pleasure to have Jeff out and his knowledge is extraordinary and his work is impeccable.

Outstanding.....His work, his attention to detail, he was very informative and made certain I understood everything. He stayed to make certain everything was working well and even my son made the comment, "I've never seen such a clean plumber". His work was impeccable and he left the site and anything that he touched......clean and he hauled it off. Amazing...... Chad from Peterson Plumbing & Heating installed our new hot water heater and water pressure regulator. He was very prompt in his arrival at our home. He was both professional and very courteous. He outlined in clear language what he was going to do and the steps he would follow -- including an explanation of when the water would be turned off (affecting our activities). He started around 8:30am and was done by 11:00am. We were amazed that he could get this vital work done in such a short time. Before leaving, he carefully explained the operating instructions and provided us with the manual for the equipment. The work was done in a manner reflecting true craftsmanship. I am an engineer and really appreciate it when someone makes clean solder joints, and places piping at appropriate alignments -- again, reflecting excellent craftsmanship. Chad left the work site in my garage just as he found it. Thank you Chad and Peterson.
