I liked the way he explained what was wrong in detail so I could understand then explained it to my husband on the phone so we could decide on the best solution.

Friendly and on time. Peterson's has done an exceptional job from normal inspections to large installs. Their technicians are courteous and professional. They tend to leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived.
We had not used Peterson Plumbing prior to this visit. Roger came, listened and analyzed what he thought the problem might be.we agreed to do an overhaul and see if that didn't work with our cooler....my goodness he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and personable.....he did an overhaul, got the cooler up and running and even cleaned the gunk out for us. We will always use Peterson plumbing in the future for our needs. Thanks again, Roger.......good job.

Roger arrived when he said he would, completed the work very quickly and professionally. He pointed out other plumbing needs that we should consider and discussed what was necessary to do some upgrades we had been considering. I would definitely recommend for Roger personally and Peterson Plumbing to others.

Roger with Peterson Plumbing provided the most excellent service I've seen in some time. Coming out early on a Saturday morning, calling back to check on the status of an unresolved issue, and returning to stay into early evening hours in efforts to resolve that issue. He went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get the job done well.

I highly recommend Peterson Plumbing. Over the years they have always shown up promptly, looked over the system in question explain the problems and costs. Work and repairs are done quickly and finished CLEAN. I'm left with a sound mind and would recommend Jeff with Peterson to anyone.

I had 2 leaky faucets in this old house. Roger fixed both without having to tear out tile and wall to replace with different fitting modern fixtures. Also he explained fully about the situation with old sewer pipes that will cause trouble possibly. Roger is a gentleman and takes time to get to know the people he deals with. yes, I would recommend Roger/Peterson Plumbing to others.

I had 2 dripping faucets in my 50 year-old house. Thanks to Roger S. I did not have to tear out walls or redo tiles to replace the ancient fixtures with a new modern size. Also Roger discussed with me fully the situation with old sewer pipes in this house. When they need repair, I have full confidence that Roger/Peterson Plumbing will solve the problem and fix everything right. Roger is a very personable gentleman who takes time to be acquainted with the people he deals with.
John W. made an emergency service call to our house at 10 p.m. on Friday night because our furnace went out and we were unable to light it. He took care of the problem, gave us an assessment of our system and made recommendations. He was pleasant and professional and we would certainly welcome him back for any problems in the future. We appreciated his willingness and dedication to help his customers.
They both were very courteous and knowledgeable. Adam was a perfectionist. He refused to use any dented pipe, loves what he does. When you love what you do you do it right. Both technicians that have come out this week have been professional, courteous, respectful, and compassionate. Response time has been VERY fast!
Devin was here within an hour and he explained what needed to be done. He was very professional and friendly. We were very pleased with his service.
Devin installed our new furnace. He clearly explained our options, answered all of our questions, completed the job correctly and efficiently, and checked back with us several times to make sure we were satisfied. He also changed out a water faucet part for no extra charge. He was pleasant, trustworthy, and dependable. He's the best!

I bought a swamp cooler from Peterson's this summer. Part of the deal is the warranty and shutting them down for the winter. I was told they would call me to schedule it but I had to call them. I was informed they could not control the weather and they could not guarantee anything. Wow! Not sure why I bought the cooler from them as they did not do as they said. I like my cooler and overall the service had been acceptable to this point. A little disappointed how this is being handled.
