These guys did a great job. It was very cold and they had to work outside and walk through snow to get their equipment to the clean-out. Because the plug was so far from the house they had to go back to the shop and get a larger piece of equipment, They cleared the line and then used a camera to see that they did a good job. Yes I will call them when ever I need help.

Same day service with quick results! Technician was fast and friendly and we have a 6 month guarantee. This is the first time we used them and will definitely call them again, if needed.
I was extremely impressed with Roto-Rooter Pluming and Drain Services. My husband and I had sewage leaking from the bases of our toilets, I had made several calls around to local companies. Roto-Rooter was the only company that could get our job done. They ended up having to bring a special truck/trailer out. They voluntarily came out on a Saturday to do it. I was extremely impressed. If ever again we have any drain/plumbing issues I will be calling this company. I have also referred them to family and friends.

They came and got the job done in a good time very friendley. Ed teck 170 did a great job.
We used the Roto Rooter from Ft. Wayne, IN. We had our tech, Rob tech #140, come out exactly when we requested a service call via online. It was very east to schedule a service call. Once the tech got there, he was kind but right to the point. He gave me a fast price quote and fixed the problem.
Tech 170 was able to come and fix our leaking hose spigot the same day we called. He was courteous and professional and was able to fix the problem with minimal fuss. He also billed us fairly for his time.
Tech 170 came the same day I called for service to repair my garbage disposal. He came in the stated window of time and was done in less than an hour. He was able to find the obscure piece of metal stuck in the disposal and get it working again just fine. He told me the price before he started the work. I was very pleased with the service!
Friday the 13th, with a winter storm warning imminent, and a steady leak coming from somewhere in the vicinity of the water shut-off Valve, Technician 170 responded to our distress call in a timely manner. With an older home and a less than satisfactory water supplier in the Aboite area, scary was an understatement. Upon a thorough investigation, tech 170 found the source of the leak with minimal damage to the drywall and insulation. The section of the line that was spraying water at a 90 degree fitting was behind the sewer line which had to be cut to gain access to the leak. The quality and diligence of his work along with the time he spent making sure we understood what and why he was doing what he was doing prove to make Friday the 13th less threatening and scary for our family. Technician came in the time frame specified and was great. He identified the issue very quickly. My sewage pump needed to be replaced. He gave me an initial estimate of between $800 - $1200. He left to get a pump and when he came back he said he got one at a good price. Bottom line: my bill was less than the estimate - $703.58! I was very pleased.

Mike with Roto-Rooter came out on 11/25/13 & was able to help us with a backed up main drain. Living in the Georgetown area there are many old trees and after a weekend of the tub backing up when we showered or did any laundry we decided to call Monday morning & they were able to work around our work schedule and be at the house that afternoon when we got off work. Mike was very friendly and professional & was able to quickly solve our problem. It was nice to be able to call a well trusted name in the Fort Wayne area and have such great service! Thank you Roto-Rooter for your efficiency!!!

On 11/5/13 we had some major plumbing issues, same ones we have had off and on for the past 3 years. Every 6 months or so our toilets and tub would back up. We had different plumbers come out, snake the line, hand you the bill and on their way they would go. The same conclusion, tree roots growing into the line. But on 11/5, Rob came to our rescue. He discovered that a lateral had broken and that was why the tree roots were getting into the line causing the toilet paper to gather and clog the line. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. He also gave us some helpful advise to buy us a few days before it had to be done. The next day we received an email with the quote. The office was very helpful in working us in quickly and called the day of to let us know that Rob was on his way. Rob worked quickly and efficiently, very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

The gentleman who came out was very friendly and was able to explain not only what he was doing but what we would need to do to keep the issue from coming back again. I will gladly suggest him to anyone.
We had a great experience with Roto Rooter and would recommend them highly to anyone. They arrived when promised, kept within the price range quoted, and finished the job! We are in Columbia City and there was a very reasonable trip charge. Well worth it!

We had major toilet troubles on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Boy are we glad that Roto-Rooter is around! Rob came out promptly and cleared our drain. Monday morning with go much smoother now. Thank Goodness!! Great Jobended because
The service was great. The technician took his time to remove the roots from my cleanout. He couldn't get through some, so he tried again. He showed me everything he was seeing with the camera as well. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but I have no complaints at all with the service. The technician was here within the appointment time window as well, and we were able to have a conversation and found out he lives nearby. He was helpful and honest, offering suggested services without being pushy.

these guys are great! 45 min after I called, the tech was at my door. Ed was very professional, courteous, and thorough. I had two issues which he promptly assessed and quoted. Though it wasn't an easy fix, Ed stuck at it until the job was done and done right! When he left everything was clean and back together as if there was no mess made. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again if the need ever arises!!!

I was very satisfied with the service provided by roto-rooter. The scheduling person was very helpful and knowledgeable. The technician was helpful and answered all my questions. The technician arrived as expected and completed the work on time. The quality of the work was excellent.
