I am located in Waldorf, MD. I contacted Roto Rooters this morning in regards to my kitchen sink being clogged and overflowing. Not only did I receive same day service, but the technician was excellent. Van Nghaka was very professional! I would recommend this company to family and friends. Brian Morales

I had standing water in the kitchen sink and the bathtub. The tech.arrived at the promised time. That, is the only positive thing I can of my exp. from there, it was a downhill tumble. Tech. was unfriendly and began with his high pressured delivery. Stating that it would cost 365.00 just to clear the drain with the snake. Then claiming that he would have to remove the toilet, $500.00+. I then asked if he could use the snake w/o removal, his answer was no! When I told him I could not afford the cost of removal. After a few minutes he claimed that he could use the snake or auger on the toilet. I asked him why he could now use the snake to clear the toilet for an extra 189.00 and not more than 10min. ago, the price was an additional $500.00+. I should be pleased at the reduction, but the point is his attempt to boost the price for something he knew wasn't needed. Maybe this is common, so I offer this review as a cautionary. Find an honest plumber before a problem occurs. Customer beware!

I've had Roto-rooter technicians come to our home multiple times.They get us on the schedule quickly. They are professional, friendly and efficient. On one service, the technician, Patrick, worked late into the night to get tub/faucet changed.Most recently, he installed a new toilet in record time. We will always call Roto-rooter for plumbing repairs.They've made me an extremely happy,satisfied customer.

I had Roto-Rooter come out to my house two days ago. I discovered leaking around my hot water heater. They were able to replace my hot water heater that day! They were fast and friendly! They come out for a free quote. Thanks so much!

Rahmel has done a terrific job. It was fast and perfected to the best ability. He had a great attitude and the outcome was amazing. I would definitely use the services of Roto Rooter again. This is a great technician and I hope the company uses him a lot!!! Keep up the great work!

Rahmel and Robert were excellent!!!!!! I had a leak coming from my ceiling and they took their time to find its source. They did not even have to cut my ceiling. The price was very reasonable and I am pleased with my service. I will always use Roto Rooter for all my plumbing needs and will make sure Rahmel is the only plumber that I ask for.
Roto Rooter service in Horsham Pa. After calling 2 other plumbing services which were unable to provide service the same day, we called Roto Rooter. Bonnie, the dispatcher was very accommodating and instantly placed a call for a technician. Within and hour (on a Friday night), the technician arrived. He was courteous and quite knowledgeable. He finished the job in no time with no problems at all. The technician's name was Len and Roto Rooter is lucky to have such an employee. I will recommend this company in the future to anyone looking for a plumber. I consider their service to be exceptional.

E-mailed a request at 5:45 AM and they called me back at 6:00 AM, set up a time at 9:00 AM and they had it completed within 15 minutes! Fast, efficient,and very personable. Service technician for roto-rooter did a fantastic job, answered all our questions and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. I would definitely call again.
I called Roto Rooter on Sunday and had a plumber out the next day...Memorial Day! Jim H. was great. It is nice to get a free estimate before any work is done. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!al favorite, or highly recommended because
Roto-Rooter came out same day within the window of time estimated and did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet, master shower faucet and flushing my water heater. The workman was very professional and did top notch work. The kitchen plumbing needed some additional work in order for the hose to work better and the plumber was able to make the needed adjustments. The shower plumbing also needed a bit of work to make the temperature adjustment function better. The plumber was able to fix these problems as well as make a perfect faucet installation. I am super happy with all the work that was done and would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. al favorite, or highly recommended because

We had a sewer emergency in the house with a cancer patient and after calling Roto-Rooter a technician arrived same day and started working to solve the problem. I had to call Roto-Rooter to come out after hours for an emergency. They showed up within half an hour, and did their best to resolve the problem, but also had to come back the next day to finish. I was scheduled for an afternoon call, but they were able to come out earlier to finish the job. Both plumbers were very professional and extremely friendly. This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter, and I will most definitely use them in the future!.
I called to have them clean out the drain line leading from under the kitchen sink all the way out of the house because of a completely clogged drain. They arrived on time, even called and let me know they could come hours earlier than first specified because of a cancellation, and wanted to make sure that was ok with me, I said they could and they showed up within 15 minutes after that. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and even wore foot protectors to ensure the house stayed clean. I felt the price was perfectly reasonable and would definitely do business with them again. I really can't say enough good about my experience. Thank you Roto-Rooter!
We called on Mothers Day around 10am, agreed on a 225pm arrival and Rob (#140) even called to see if it was ok if he came early (which was a great surprise). He was courteous and helpful-- he had our lines cleared and kitchen/utility room functioning again in less than 30 minutes. This was our first time using Roto-Rooter and we will gladly call them again. (Ft Wayne resident)
