I have been going to Dr. Ackerman for 2-3 years now and have found the Fairfax office professional and helpful. I had 4 gum grafts done and have no complaints.

Both Fairfax and Centerville have been excellent. The staff is always attentve and give excellent care. Your group is highly recommended. I know this team have worked wonders with what I thought was impossible

I have been a patient for a number of years in the practice and have always been very satisfied with the care and how I have been treated. They use computerized x-rays and have a machine that makes crown in the office in a single visit. I would recommend them to anyone. I have been especially pleased with how the hygienist has gotten my gums healthy

I first went to Dr. Ackerman for a second opinion on recommended gum graft surgery. He performed a thorough examination, and was able to confirm the need for the surgery. He developed a treatment plan for the gum grafts and other procedures I needed to restore the health of my gums, and provided me with an estimate. I had the first series of gum grafts, and have been extremely satisfied. I will return next week for the remaining grafts. Dr. Ackerman's staff has been very accommodating in scheduling my appointments to fit my busy schedule. Also, Dr. Ackerman called my home the night of my surgery to check on how I was doing. As far as treatment goes, Dr. Ackerman knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him.

If anyone needs serious dental work done, like my veneers, or just a simple check-up, I highly recommend and suggest Dr. Ackermans office. Thank you Dr. Ackerman!

I have been a patient of Dr Ackermen since 1983. I moved to the area from Canada. Upon my first visit to D. Ackerman he identified numerous problems. Prior to visiting D.Ackerman I had little to no opportunity to have regular dental visits. He laid out a cause of action that spanned over 5 years. It included removal of primary teeth (6) gum surgery, orthodontics, and ultimately veneers. 20 years later I still have a smile that I can be proud of. Dr Ackerman is as professional as anyone can imagine, a magician as well.

hygienist doing the deep scaling was putting too much pressure. I told her to stop and did not continue with the procedure. Unfortunately my husband wasn't as fortunate. The Hygienist cut my husband's gums and we spent the whole night at Fairfax hospital and were referred to a specialist to stich up the wound. Dr. Ackerman's office didn't want to reimburse us for our hospital bill, specialist bill and refund us for the damage they have caused. We are still dealing with this issue and are seeking legal service. I do not recommend their Fairfax Office.

Wonderful family of dental professionals. I have never felt more comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. Ackerman is the best!
